Marco Sturm on Pavel Zacha’s impact on younger players:  “Yeah, a lot, because Pav is one of the veterans. He’s one of the leaders. He’s one of the better players. So I think it’s the way he is off the ice, too. He’s very, very calm. And I think that’s what he shows sometimes on the ice too, or a lot of times. But just making those reads, making those plays maybe in a heated moment. We’re really happy just to have him, and yeah, it was probably not his best game today, but again, those big moments are big moments for us.”  “And if you see that as a young kid, daily, I think there’s something to it. And that’s why I think our team has been progressing really nicely. Even after a few years ago, when they traded everyone away, is because of those kind of guys.
