Help me understand here because I usually agree with your advice. I often check the nutrition information on items that I order from restaurants, chain or otherwise, and hate when that is not available. It can't be completely wrong? I want to know what ingredients are in there as well as calories/protein/etc. What is the alternative? No information? Only eat at very expensive, high quality restaurants?
