One of the greatest moments of my life. The adrenaline. The rush. Thousands of people going crazy. And then I see my eldest Son. Words can not encapsulate this moment. I don’t think words are even needed. Family is everything 💙

Marshman vs Phillips is one we've waited years for. Genuinely can't wait.
The London card really is the best European card in some time. Some excellent contests - Favourite fight on the card? #UFCLondon

Great to see some of our Regimental Elite Sportsmen training with 3 PARA’s team ahead of their big fights in March. They can’t compete at Army level anymore (wish they could) but we still fully support @jackmarshman19’s UFC career and @Connor_Vian’s pro boxing career.

Some of the best teachers I’ve ever seen were corporals at @Para_Training Company. They would sacrifice their own time to their joes, helping them to be the best they could be. I learned a lot about leadership from those recruit section commanders.

It’s a noble art, many of our battles were built through animosity, but unparalleled respect founded between those four ropes. 🙏🏾 – at Greenwich, London

The 2 PARA Battlegroup is put through its paces on the sun-baked savannas of Kenya. The six-week-long exercise is testing how the battlegroup works together and its readiness to deploy on operations as the Air Assault Task Force - the British Army's rapid reaction force.
