In-game chat is disabled by design for this event. Players have previously used chat to retain information from coaching discussions and scroll back to it during matches. To preserve that functionality, all teams are permitted to use a desktop notepad during coaching discussions and reference it during matches. Players may not add to or modify those notes during gameplay. This policy applies equally to all teams.
