This “survey” is a joke. It was put out by the Council President and the Chief of Staff, not the body. It was internally opposed by some members of Council due to the biased nature of the questions and it being an entirely unscientific, unserious survey.

Curious if a sampling pool like this for the city's PAB survey can theoretically be used to represent anything. The most common respondent falls into the college educated, over 60, white male category

The saddest part about it is this “survey” largely omits the voices of people who’re actually impacted by police brutality.
