I actually think that the advice is a lot simpler: 1. Fulfill your obligation to go to mass (Sundays, Obligated Feasts) 2. Go to confession at least once a month, once a week if you can 3. Pray for 15 minutes a day 4. Try to sin a little less each day Simple. It’s easy.
