Watched this with sound off and bought it immediately. The silent video was so mysterious. Lotion. By a crypto exchange. I love it.
"The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion which stands at the cradle of true art and true science. Whoever does not know it and can no longer wonder, no longer marvel, is as good as dead, and his eyes are dimmed." -- Albert Einstein
Can’t wait to work with you and CIPHER at The Switchboard, @xulingzhiren! 🦅 💌
" XMTP's Switchboard Space "🎨
"The Switchboard" aims to facilitate communication and collaboration among developers from ecosystems such as Base, Solana, Worldcoin, Farcaster, and Zora. Embracing the spirit of openness and innovation, my two illustrations depict a joyful and warm atmosphere.💼

Thrilled to judge this year’s @Omnidawn Poetry Broadside Contest! Needless to say, I’m a fan of the broadside—a poem as art to be displayed, where language and design meet. Poets, consider submitting!
Our 2025 Broadside Contest, judged by Jennifer Hasegawa, is currently underway!
The contest is open until April 16th, midnight Pacific time. All submissions must be done through submittable:

Loving @PERdotMA (and not just bc my photo of @thewarfield rafters before a @jamesblake concert is in the inaugural PERMA-weekly! 😂) The app helps me be more spontaneous and authentic with my photos—keeping me from endless post-edits. So refreshing! 🌱
I'm so grateful to @BennReview for publishing "The Fisher-Price of Love."
What an appropriate issue for it to find a home in—Family Gathering. benningtonreview.org/thirtee…

Meet bonsai sensei and amazing sansei Dennis Makishima — signing his autobiography “Mr. Omoshiroi” at #NiseiWeek in #LittleTokyo today. Come say 👋 and get your copy at the #ZentokuFoundation booth!
In Jan 2023, Zentoku Foundation asked me to interview Dennis Makishima, a revered bonsai sensei, trailblazing aesthetic pruner, Vietnam veteran, and sansei babyboomer.
This week, "Mr. Omoshiroi," the autobiography of the life and times of Dennis Makishima is out! 🎊
This is a story of grit, courage, resilience, & artistry. Through Dennis, we get a uniquely granular & sweeping view of the Japanese American, and American, experience.
