Mushroom, double baby swiss, peppered bacon 1/2 lb sirloin burgers mesquite smoked with @DukesMayonnaise on the buns and some deli style horse reddish sauce...
The jumbo brisket that I didn't take any pictures of when done, but used @PitBossGrills competition bbq rub and cherry smoked... also realized after getting this beast home that I didn't have a cutting board big enough or a curved knife 🤦🏻♂️

So, last night's burgers have offially topped my 2 favorite burgers from the last 3 years, with those being my mushroom swiss bacon horseradish burger and my @JClements51 burger... ⬇️
This was sourdough bread cover in mayo and grated parm fried with bacon grease, the burger is ground sirloin, the bread slathered with mashed avocado, then on the bottom is baby butter leaf lettuce with diced beef steak tomato and diced red onion... ⬇️
On top is summer black truffle manchego cheese with smoked peppered bacon and smoked BBQ aioli. What say you @Big_Fish_BBQ?
