1.Women in Afghanistan are only allowed to see female doctors. 2.Women are banned from education beyond the 5th grade. 3.Women cannot become doctors and are banned from medical institutes. Now read 1 again.
🚨 El ministro de Educación afgano ha anunciado que las mujeres tendrán prohibido asistir permanentemente a las escuelas. ONU Mujeres no ha dicho ni una palabra.

A woman performing her own cesarean section isn't a heroine; she's a woman who was abandoned. Stop romanticizing women's suffering and start preventing it. Calling women “strong” for surviving medical neglect is a convenient way to excuse a system that failed them.
In 2000, Inés Ramírez Pérez from Mexico delivered a healthy baby boy by slicing open her own stomach with a kitchen knife after 12 hours of agonizing labor. In doing so, she became the only woman in medical history to successfully perform a self-cesarean. With no electricity or running water, and the nearest hospital 12 miles away, Inés felt she had no other option. Her previous child had been a stillbirth, so Inés was determined not to let it happen again. She downed some hard liqor, sliced open her stomach, pulled out her baby and then cut the umbilical cord. Both mother and baby survived without serious injury… just a scar of honor for Inés for her heroic act ❤️

I hope she succeeds because If men were the ones menstruating, we would have found a way to reduce it to once a year by now.
Chinese biologist Hongmei Wang wants to make women menstruate only 4 times a year.

The fact that we went from "Wikipedia is not a legitimate source of information" in school to "Just ask AI / ChatGPT to get it done" is actually really insulting to me frankly

Why does a woman saying she doesn’t want children turn into a whole family debate??? She is not asking for permission. She is telling you her decision. Her uterus is NOT a community project.

i really balk at the idea that the government is trying to frame the protestors on the street as anti national people when these are the ones who go out there everyday knowing full well they have a chance of getting beaten up and their future prospects ruined
