This year's bûche de Noël, or, as we Yanks call it, Yule Log, is a chocolate cake with a mocha whipped cream filling and a @tazachocolate dark chocolate ganache. This is the first time I used the Flexipan jelly roll mold. I also used their madeleine mold today and the madeleines came out without any fuss. Parfait!
