Watching Solanke and Marmoush play upfront and it baffles me why Spurs sold Lankshear.

Disgusting performance from Spurs. Awful.

Luca Williams Barnett has this aura that I see with the likes of Olise and Yamal. He clearly has the skills and technical abilities to match but I do fear Spurs abysmal record with their talented youngsters.

Buy back Lankshear and we challenge top 5 easily. Stupid for Spurs to sell him instead of loaning him out. What a disastrous decision. #coys

Manchester City are currently top of the Premier League possession table, averaging 64.5% possession. Arsenal are second at 60.8%, with Tottenham third at 60.7%.

Spurs under De Zerbi are possession kings! Spurs possession for first 9 Premier League games: 59%, 58%, 57%, 63%, 63%, 51%, 66%, 69%, 79%. Incredibly, Spurs had the most possession vs all 9 opponents. If Spurs can convert those possessions to goals they will be a big threat.

Bought Harry Kane back to Spurs in the 26-27 season on Football Manager 26 and one season later he broke Shearer’s record to become the highest all time goalscorer in English Premier League history.

The great Maradona would have been so proud to see Harry Kane win the Ballon D Or after giving him this tip many years ago.

I learned how to play football and play as a striker from watching Teddy Sheringham and later Harry Kane. How they score. How they pass. How they move. Etc. Kane is my favourite player of all time. I’m so happy he is now formally recognised by the football world as the best.

So proud of Harry Kane. Well deserved winner. So happy!!! One of our own!

Hopefully this is Mathys Tel’s Gareth Bale moment. #coys

I’ve been very critical on Mathys Tel but tonight was his best game in the Spurs shirt. Wonder goal and a win so rare for Spurs at Chelsea’s ground. 2 wins in a row now. #coys

Kane taking a goal kick which nearly led to a goal is quite something!
