In 1L DLBCL, novel agents added to R-CHOP show modest gains — but under 10%, driven by PFS with no OS benefit demonstrated so far. This "improvement" in efficacy alone may not be enough to displace R-CHOP or Pola-R-CHP as frontrunners.
