Managing medication for yourself or someone you care for comes with a second job: keeping the instructions, supply, and refill paperwork straight.
A Medication & Refill Organizer could own that record-keeping. Your pharmacist or clinician still handles treatment decisions.
Why it’s useful:
› Keep fewer administrative details in your head
› Find the relevant instruction or notice without rebuilding the history each time
› Make follow-up conversations easier to prepare for
› See what’s confirmed and what still needs an answer
Here’s the work you could give it:
› Build a medication list from the current professional instructions you supply
› Keep each instruction linked to its source and date, with older versions separate
› Turn missing or conflicting details into questions for a pharmacist or clinician
› Record the supply you report, including the count, unit, and date
› Track requested, authorized, ready, and collected from supplied notices or your updates
› Show chosen reminders based on confirmed instructions, once reminder tools are configured
A ready-for-pickup notice updates the refill record. It doesn’t prove collection or a dose taken.
Your version could look different depending on:
› Which medicines and records you include
› Whether it’s for you or someone you’re authorized to help
› Whether you want reminders for confirmed instructions
› How often you want supply and refill questions surfaced
› Whether you choose to record your own reports of medicine taken
› Who may access the records and how long you retain them
The blueprint below lays out the starting structure: routines, memory, tools, rules, optional automations, and the records you get back.

ALT Medication & Refill Organizer blueprint. Nine sections cover confirmed professional instructions, dated supply reports, refill evidence, reminders after setup, inputs, restricted records, tools, playbooks, rules and outputs. Missing or conflicting instructions need a pharmacist or clinician. A reminder or ready notice does not prove medicine taken; no pharmacy connection or clinical advice is assumed.

cool project that I've been following since before release, nice way to integrate #hermes on to go.
Herald is on Android 🎉
Run one command on your computer, scan the code, and your Hermes Agent bots are in your pocket.
🔔 Approve risky steps right from the notification
🔗 Share links from Chrome straight to a bot
👥 Group chats where bots take turns
It talks directly to the Hermes on your own computer, over Wi-Fi or Tailscale. Also in there: live tool calls, HTML previews, new bots from your phone, any model, kanban and schedules.
Not an official Hermes app, just something I built 🙂

Hermes 💞
Jensen closed his GTC Berlin 2026 keynote with this Hermes Agent demo as the finale.
He introduced it by saying the way to build an agent is to ask an agent to build it for you, so he installed and set up a customized Hermes in one prompt.
Then he used Hermes, running on @nvidia RTX Spark, to create a simulated training environment for the @huggingface Microduck. Hermes planned an obstacle course with Nemotron and had GPT-6 Astra build it using FreeCAD, Omniverse libraries, Blender, Newton, and Isaac Lab. Hermes trained thousands of simulated ducks on that course until the validated policy was ready to run on the real robot in the physical world.
At Nous, we believe open source is a practical tool as much as a philosophical ideal. It gives users the ability to build powerful, complex workflows chaining numerous local+cloud models, devices, and tools themselves instead of waiting for a company to enable them.
Noice 3d models via Hermes!
Hermes Agent now has an official plugin for @MeshyAI.
Ask Hermes to make a 70m poly treasure chest for Godot, or to turn a photo of a mug into a model you can print, and it does the job through Meshy's MCP server.
In Hermes Desktop the models render in chat, rigged characters animate inline, and a gallery stores every model and prompt. On messaging apps, Hermes sends a short preview video so you can create on the go.

Ever had your agent paste an API key, .env file, password or even wallet pkey/seed into a prompt?
Introducing: Secret Masking on Surplus
Secrets get swapped for placeholders before your request leaves Surplus - the provider only ever sees the placeholder
The real values are restored in the response, so your agent keeps working
• free
• fast - <8ms median added latency, unnoticeable
• works with any provider you already use
Try it: simply add 'X-SI-Mask-Secrets: on' to any request, or turn it on per key or account-wide in the dashboard

Hermes was already a Greek god. I figured he deserved some company.
So I built Pantheon: 10 Greek mythology-inspired themes for @NousResearch's Hermes Desktop.
Each with its own palette and dithered statue, from Poseidon's ocean teal to Medusa's acid green.
Mount Olympus, right on your desktop.

Teknium just dropped a catalog of 330 open hardware devices you can plug into Hermes 👀
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽
• 330 devices across 30 families
• 1,697 worked up project ideas
• Every device has a real local interface: REST, MQTT, MCP, serial, ROS 2
Boards, robots, 3D printers, smart home, retro handhelds, even FPGA chips
And each card shows exactly how Hermes plugs in
A smart plug just reports watts. With Hermes it becomes a rule.
A 3D printer has a camera. With Hermes it cancels its own spaghetti.
Hermes writes the firmware, flashes the board over the air, watches it on cron and pings you when a human is needed
You can start with a $15 ESP32 board and get a pocket Hermes with the same memory and approvals as Desktop
Hermes isn't just on your computer anymore. It's getting hands 🤯

new design bounty from @seer_pm
.5 ETH (~$1200) on the line + a potential $4000 USDC bonus payment 💰
"Seer is redesigning its websites around Electric Foundation (EF), the winning identity from our first rebrand contest. We want participants to start with the EF brand kit as a starting point, but exercise their creativity across the six connected interfaces."
poidh.xyz/mainnet/bounty/38
With our new identity chosen, the Seer Rebrand Contest is back for Part II.
This time, however, it is for the IMPLEMENTATION of the winning brand kit, Electric Foundation.
Your task is to use Electric Foundation as the starting point for all six interfaces below. You can adapt it where that improves the experience, but explain any deliberate departures from the brand kit.
1. Landing page
2. Seer app
3. Futarchy
4. Deep
5. Opportunity Markets
6. Risk Pricing
Submissions close on 23rd of October at 23:59 Anywhere On Earth.
Like part 1 of this rebrand contest, traders can back the designs they think the Seer team will choose. Those market prices may help surface good contenders, but the team’s vote determines the winner and final rankings.
Members of our own team will also be participating, and the contest will also be hosted as a bounty on Poidh.
If an eligible non-internal submission wins, its creator receives the 0.5 ETH Poidh bounty plus 4,000 USDC paid separately by Seer.
If a Seer team submission wins, the highest-ranked non-internal submission receives the 0.5 ETH Poidh bounty, and no 4,000 USDC is paid.
Submit through Poidh to qualify for its bounties. If you submit via Google Form, you can still win Seer’s separate USDC prize, but not the additional bounties on Poidh.
Rankings are established by the Seer teams' voting, not to be confused with rankings by price on the market.
The top five submissions by voter ranking will also receive 100 Opportunity credits each.

Hermes "ALAN'S WAY" repo is LIVE (The Grokbot killer)
1 week ago I posted about my personal Grokbot-like setup for Hermes, and you all LOVED it!
Since then I have been scrambling and testing to bring it to the world and help more of you use Hermes Alan's way!
What you get:
A simple, and bulletproof gateway to your remote agent using Telegram backend, that grants handoff to any device (mobile or desktop)
Your Hermes bots get their own browser on your Mac/PC, on a cloud VPS, or both - with seamless handoff between them.
Faster and better browser use (Codex Computer use level)
Take the wheel any time or let your agents keep working when your laptop's shut.
Native proactivity using our plugin that is now part of the official Hermes Plugin Catalogue.
Requires: a Hermes Agent gateway already running + Tailscale on both ends. If you're already running Hermes, Alan's way takes 5 mins to set up.
Alan's 3-in-1 (you get 3 apps): an app that runs on your main laptop/workstation, the official plugin on the Hermes Plugin Catalogue, and a mini app and tools that runs on a virtual machine.
(If you dont have a virtual machine, get 25% off my preferred VM setup: orgo.ai?r=alan )
What's coming:
Our own mobile app, call your agent capability, ability to use Jev for even faster computer use, multi-player Hermes, and 1-click deploy using Orgo VMs - and more!
Star it and give it a shot! github.com/capthvnsen/alans-…
And tell us how to improve it or contribute discord.gg/jBQCPUsVE
Introducing my Hermes "Alan's way". (The Grokbot killer)
- Grokbot style UI using telegram API (the most consistent gateway for Hermes with built-in bot feedback and signals)
- The Hermes bots live on my VM but now optimally run tasks on my macbook while it's running. 1 home for the bots with multiple workplaces - just like grokbot.
- chatGPT app-style browser and agent browser use. (I was addicted to the browser in the chatGPT app - and this is my cure)
- Controllable window into the bot's virtual desktops with near-seamless handoff between local -> remote. I can shut my laptop and certain tasks will just auto route to the VM.
- native proactivity mode for the lead bot so it can oversee the other bots, and consistently come up with useful things to do (24/7). It's deeper than just a skill or cron job.
- its Telegram so I can message on any device and it never breaks (hard to say about other mobile app gateways).
- Still works with the main production version of Hermes, as it's just a companion app and the telegram gatewy.
Grokbot, Dot, Muse, or Instinct can never beat this.
