Someone explain to me how the market can pump 300 points straight up with the biggest pullback being 19 points in 4 hours
UPDATE: @GuardianFutures @seanbaint
π They reinstated my account my payout is on the way
π They removed the "windfall rule"
π Thank you @seanbaint for making things right with this
π @jmutrades website shows all new rule changes with firms (Not paid to say that lol)
First time using @GuardianFutures and I got denied
1. This funded account has no consistency rule so me making 7-10k day 1 is not a problem.
2. They breached the account and gave me another. The most "I don't want to pay" reason for denying a payout
3. Absolute joke.
Oh look it's cus I risked the entire drawdown they gave me.. and in addition to that this account doesn't have a DLL. I guess the DLL is invisible... but hey you're gonna let me spend 8k with now issues @seanbaint please fix this. This rule is very unfair "windfall"
So @GuardianFutures will deny your payout if you make to much money in one day
Just requested my first payout and bc I hold my trades for a good roi on what I've spent. They are denying my payout...
For reference I have spent 8k on evals with them so I wanted to make at least that to pay myself back.
πWell they denied it and why "windfall" which put simply means...
π (using max cons) why give me 3 minis if I can't use them all?
π (Can't have one big day and the rest small) duh that's why I didn't by an account with a consistency rule in funded...
π (inconsistent contract sizing) - yes I use three minis on day one and probably less on day two when I was trying to make a smaller amount of money
All in all if I wanted to make a smaller amount of money in my funded account on day one I would've gone with the consistency account. It's the whole reason I chose the reserve account. You're selling a product for people are going to make money and your contradicting your rules by saying a windfall strategy is the reason for the denial.
I've traded a lot of firms and never had this happen. I don't know if this was a computer that flagged it and denied it or for human saw it, but there is no reason this should've been rejected. Very disappointed.

$10,000 live with @TradingLucid today!
π 7th overall worldwide with them today
π First ever time on LucidMaxxx
π thoughts for @ajtradinglucid you should make it so if people make 2x drawdown on lucidmaxx it adds more of a cushion from price increase when u lose a live
Topstep has a new account that lets you take $25,000 payouts
The serious problem that I have is that how can a user know they're going to get the payout when the verbiage for moving to live rules changed!!
Day 5 about to take 25k payout but moved to live before you can...
Problem on @E8Markets @E8Futures with zero 200k account.
Checkout shows $13,500 target
On dashboard after buying it - $12,000 target
π $7,000

Thanks @jdastra for the live trading that basically paid for this!!!
π @Alpha_Futures_ has a 12 month cool off
π loose your live and u can't trade with them for 1 year
π I lost my live and now im basically banned for a year... yes its in the agreement but it still sucks :/
Withdrawn $4,000 from @Alpha_Futures_ live account!!
Also on monthly payroll and have locked in $2,000 from that!
Also up $10,000 on the day use only 2 minis
π Topstep has a contract problem!
150k account (fresh funded) lot size allowed for minis is 3.
However there is an issue. The regular funded plan limits u to 3 minis on day 1...
But the consistency plan allows u to do all 15 on a fresh 150k... @MichaelPatak can u fix it π€π
I was the 5th most profitable trader with @Alpha_Futures_ last monthπ
π @Topstep acquired @TheFuturesDesk m
π good thing or bad thing?
