Cigna is leaving certain states so people are being opted into default plans without knowing. So stay on top of what state you’re in and what insurance you have with the marketplace. You’ll wake up in 2027 and wondering why you aren’t able to see your current doctor

This baboon Elon made it so that if you click any link on here, that website you go to can get your twitter account info if it gets compromised Which is how I have 3k+ sessions apparently
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
High session counts are a recent X app glitch from in-app browser use creating phantom Web sessions. External sites get no account info or access. Log out others via Settings > Security and account access > Apps and sessions. help.x.com/en/managing-yo…

I’m hyper-fixated on something like a song stuck in my head. Will the dopamine last me until my next fix or will I be cured?

There’s a story in the Bible about this
Replying to @Delta
@Delta My son & I were flying back to austin after a family emergency. I waited until we landed to tell him a loved one had passed. The @Delta crew saw our tears, gave us space to grieve, and guided us to our next flight. In moments like that, kindness is everything. ❤️✈️

Someone could probably write a book (if they haven’t already) about the cycle of technology productizing the removal of friction in the name of convenience only for us to discover that the friction was a load-bearing part of the social compact.
Someone told me he thinks dating apps are bad because they let you access connection without having any motion in your life. Normally meeting people requires going out into the world, entering new scenes and navigating unfamiliar situations. You have to be living a life that brings you into contact with other people. Dating apps let you order connection without doing any of that work

Those kids aren’t hopping up and down. There’s a bunch of friends under the stadium shaking it.

Really tired of all this nonsense it is simple: 1) Start a biz tied to internet 2) High Tech Investing 3) Crypto investing That's your escape and the window is still WIDE open The problem is this: it will be the worst 3 years of your life, unbearable pain, no cheating it
The next four years are going to feel very different to anything we've lived through. Your wages havent kept up with the cost of living for years now. That's the Everything Code. Governments have to keep debasing the currency to fund everything, and it's eating into your pay every single year. That part isnt new. What is new is that we have maybe four years before the world as we know it stops working the way it does now. The exponential technologies... AI, robotics, energy, crypto... are moving so fast that the systems built for the old world cant keep up. Politics gets angrier and more divided. You cant trust what you see or hear anymore. Even the idea of running a business stops meaning what it means today. Nobody knows yet what it becomes. This is The Economic Singularity, and The Exponential Age is pulling it towards us faster than anyone is ready for. The window to get ahead of it all is closing.

And on top of that, people should know that we have been using it as a society for a relatively long time already
I really want the AI hype to die so people will stop realizing it exists and it just becomes ubiquitous like every other software you use every second of the day
