First time attempting 140 on the hack squat ts was MOVING i definitely had more reps in me. (Sled weighs like 40lbs so closer to 200lbs technically)

Not an impressive lift by any means but still moving my BW + some, we’re almost moving 2x the BW for every lift though 🙏

One of the main things ive always cared about since I was young, is how i look, how others think of me, how my body looks & what i could do to make myself more likeable, safe to say the gym truly saved my life and I'm so thankful god woke me up one day willing to change it all.
