There’s a Karuma’s data-center project that is in discussions that could bring opportunities to South Sudanese, but South Sudan risks becoming just a consumer buying power and digital services while jobs, investment and technology stay in Uganda. 🇸🇸 South Sudan should negotiate now for affordable power, direct fiber, local data centers and tech investment. Or maybe they don’t know about this project even😒 coz why is nobody talking about it right now ?
