This new playstyle Konami just introduced, Tough Marker, is another reminder of how this game works. If you have the money to spend on the game, no problem. I'm not against that. But if you're struggling in real life and still spending excessively on eFootball, honestly, I feel sorry for you. Because you wake up tomorrow and Konami introduces something new. Then another card. Then another playstyle. Then another pack. About two PvP phases ago, I completely changed my mindset. I told myself I'm playing this game purely for fun. Last night, I wasn't playing because I wanted to grind for Ricardo Calafiori. I was simply playing because I enjoy the game. And now that Konami has given us a closer server, I'm enjoying it even more. If there's a player I like, like the Marcelo pack, and I don't have enough coins, I'll simply wait for a coin sale. If I miss the pack, I miss it. Because trust me, Konami will always bring something new. Next month, next year, even by New Year, there will be another shiny card or feature waiting for you. They understand player psychology. They know exactly how to keep people interested and spending. That's why I've decided not to let this game control my life. If I play Division and you beat me, good for you. If I win, good for me. I move on. The game is supposed to be entertainment. Some people have invested so much into eFootball that they barely have anything outside the game. Their entire life revolves around it. That's the part I will never allow to happen to me. Play the game. Enjoy it. Spend responsibly if you can afford it. But don't let the game play you.
