not defending a capitalist system but the fact is calling gmm the bl company makes your argument invalid because they began in 1995 way before gl and bl became a thing and they invested money into bl and saved their company with sotus, but they were never JUST bl/gl

This whole discourse of bromance vs bl is so tiring but in short, if an actor does bromance he’s a queerbaiter but if he’s in a bl and happens to be in a straight relationship irl he’s a liar and a gay4pay. They can never win with y’all.

After GMMNext, I've found that some people are actually stupid and selfish af 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ how dare them asking for cancel a show/series because it doesn't match their expectations???? The artists choose the plot and tried their best for it, but some people called themselves as fans can not even give a small support, but just want the artists to do thing they wish for??? Seriously???? If you don't like any plots, just don't watch it, ignore it. But shut your mouth off. Is this too difficult? Because there's many other fans who want to wait for those series. Maybe on the internet people are freely to say whatever they want, so they don't even give af and care about people who read it anymore. Called themselves as fans but actually just hurt the artists 😒😒😒

If you don't like bromance don't watch it. There are plenty of bl out there. But why unnecessary hate towards actors? 😣

If I don't get another "Good morningggg" from Ing or Ohm steps away from social media again I'm gonna blame you so called 'fans'. You won't have the ON fans to blame this time. It'll be y'all and your entitled asses. We were doing so well simply supporting the boys..🧡💙 #ohming

Kalau ngerasa udah ga sejalan sama artis yang kita ikutin, tinggal stop dan leave the fandom aja. Perasaan kecewa itu wajar because we are human being after all yang bisa ngerasain berbagai macam perasaan.

Another food for thought : Are so many people offended by bromance shows because they have internalised the idea that male friendships are only allowed to manifest within certain boundaries? That there is an acceptable degree of affection, intimacy and emotional vulnerability between two men, and anything that goes beyond it must automatically be labelled as either “gay” or “queerbaiting”? Isn’t this, in itself, a reflection of the toxic masculinity perpetuated by a patriarchal society? One that has conditioned people to associate emotional intimacy, physical affection and genuine tenderness between men with homosexuality, as though these qualities somehow undermine their masculinity? I’m not a man, so I can’t speak from a male perspective. However, as a woman who has a platonic soulmate, I can tell you that the affection, closeness and behaviours portrayed in these bromance shows are very much part of my own platonic friendships. Why are we so quick to question the nature of a friendship simply because it doesn’t conform to the narrow boundaries society has imposed on it? And, more importantly, why are we so uncomfortable with the idea that two men can love, cherish and be deeply affectionate towards each other without that affection having to be romantic or sexual?

Those calling for the cancellation of het and bromance series in gmmtv are no different from homophobes that calls for the cancellation of queer series and representation. You horny straight women are crazy. Generating hate and intolerance to the queer community.

my only requirement for a series is that it has a good story, actors who can bring it to life, & something that keeps me hooked. i don't care if it's bl, gl, bromance. good storytelling is is what i look for.

kindly reminder : kalo fangirlingan malah bikin kamu jadi pribadi yg jahat lebih baik berhenti. aktor/aktris itu juga manusia loh. kalau yg terjadi mungkin gak semuanya ngikutin ekspektasi kamu, janganlah sampe ngasih hate speech segitunya. be wise please
