If you are great at manual defending you can try go over 60 depth 2. If you like your cm to stay deeper use DLP defend/build-up (better against counter attack players, but worse against possession players) 3. You can try SS on the CAM and keep it if this fit your style 4. You can try False 9 attack/build up (I really like it against aggressive opponents) 5. You can try 1 wide midfielder on winger and 1 on inside forward if your tend to build more on a side and finish on other.
