it looks like we’ve got a stopgap sorted that will allow us to get through things in a safer manner.
Once we’re there tomorrow with solid ground under our feet & have evaded surprise disasters, we’re gonna bring the fundraising target back down bc asking for money is fkkn gross

💀House move has gone extremely bad💀
Moved to a new city, settled in and formalizing with landlord. Then, new roommates find out that adding extra people invalidates their housing assistance. We have to undo the move and get somewhere safe, ASAP.

really baffled by the amount of people acting like this is brand new to the remaster & not something you could do in the PS1 port if you had a dualshock controller w/ the analog mode turned on (to me the bigger news is they fixed the wide turn radius the old analog controls had)
🎊#Croctober Feature Reveal! 🎊
Croc originally had D-Pad “tank controls,” and the most requested remaster upgrade has been to add smooth, modern analog controls with an improved camera. But if you’re into old-school cool, never fear—we still support tank controls on the D-Pad!
granted i was also baffled by a lot of people insisting the Epic Mickey remaster "added" camera controls which the original had, they were just uncomfortable to use to the extent you needed to because it was mapped to the wiimote dpad
the sequel should have a randomizer mode where every time you die it replaces the alien with one of the wacky xenomorphs they made to sell toys. like you spawn and its the gorilla alien and you can keep him away from areas you want to be in by leaving bananas elsewhere. ok ty bye
In celebration of the 10th Anniversary a message from creative director, Al Hope: #AlienIsolation10
ALT To our fans around the world: It’s hard to believe that it has been 10 years since we embarked on our journey with the release of ALIEN: ISOLATION. When we started developing ALIEN: ISOLATION, we had one guiding principle: to create a truly authentic experience that went back to the roots of the ALIEN franchise - a new story capturing the atmosphere and terror of the original 1979 movie masterpiece. It’s been nothing short of incredible to witness your passion for the game over the years and see it reach so many players around the world. On the 10th anniversary, it seems only fitting to let you know that we have heard your distress calls loud and clear. Today, I’m delighted to confirm, on behalf of the team, that a sequel to ALIEN: ISOLATION is in early development. We look forward to sharing more details with you when we’re ready. Once again, thank you. Until next time, Al Hope, Creative Director – ALIEN: ISOLATION

Ok, wow - we've hit our 2nd goal. SO MUCH love for everyone who has helped us.
💜🖤💜
With most of our immediate needs covered, for the third goal we've rolled together all the secondary costs, contingencies, & making sure nothing else is gonna be hanging over or haunting us.
💀Myself & Kylie are about to fall off a cliff following an unplanned eviction. 💀
Things are extremely ragged right now; trying to cover some costs around getting our stuff in storage & moving somewhere safe.

I didn't expect that we'd hit our first goal before I could finish deep cleaning the bathroom - Thank you so much to everyone who's shared and helped so far!
Now we're onto the next goal of being able to figure out where we're going to live next.
