CSFloat DB has been missing new skin registrations for almost a week.
If you are buying newly released gloves, do not trust the supply numbers shown on CSFloat right now.
From the data we have, real amounts are 100 to 150x higher than what CSFloat currently shows.
In 2024-2025, a lot of new “instant sell/trade” platforms appeared. Many seem legit, but not all of them are safe to use. Some new platforms are connected to hidden third-party bot networks that buy your skins and then funnel them into gambling sites. If you use them, your Steam account might be the one that gets punished.
How can you tell if you are indirectly supplying gambling sites with skins?
1. Check the bot that sends you the trade offer.
2. Legit platforms use bots with clear branding: name, avatar, profile, and links.
3. Shady bot networks use completely unbranded accounts to mask the origins of skins and platforms they are connected to. Such accounts try to keep the total value of skins under about 1000 USD, and throw these bot accounts away after 5–8 weeks. Since the risk of getting banned increases substantially after the period.
If you have used such services before, open your trade history and click on those old bot accounts. You will often see them set to private it means they are trade-banned already. If not, they will be sitting with 0 skins in the inventory.
Why does this matter?
If Steam sees that you repeatedly interact with obvious Steam “dummy” accounts that are part of a gambling supplier's network, your own account can be flagged as part of the ring. The more you interact with these accounts, the higher the risk of your Steam account being trade-banned.
Recommendation:
Stick to legitimate platforms where the bots are clearly branded and not trying to hide bot affiliation with a platform you are using. Avoid using platforms that are connected to unbranded bots.
Protect your skin and protect your Steam account.
Bookmark this reply and check those accounts in a few weeks. All of them will be set to private within the next 3-4 weeks.

After closely following posts on X lately, I had an idea to make a “Crybaby Traders” tier list, but quickly realized there are only a few God-tier tear spreaders out here. You know, the ones who flood X every other day, crying about their trades being reverted by a seller or buyer.
The funny part? The majority of them are small-sized traders around, likely receiving a fraction of reverses compared to bigger ones. Let’s be honest: we all agree that Steam’s trade protection is a welcome feature overall. Maybe focus on valuable stuff instead of daily posts about a single reverted trade.
I’m 100% sure that many of those crying would do the same trade revert themselves if they were on the losing end.
P.S. Since it’s trendy to announce it publicly, iTrade will NOT revert any trades made after the update. We’re a legitimate business, and we’re fine taking such risks.

[SPECULATION]‼️
New case skin prices appear anchored to the Steam Community Market price of the case. When the case price is high, the expected value for skins shifts up with it, especially while supply is thin.
The case is trading around 17 USD on the Steam Community Market, which makes items in the drop table look costly at every tier and float. Early hype and limited circulation amplify this.
Our advice is to skip openings for now and wait for a recalibration as more cases enter circulation. If you want exposure, consider buying later when spreads tighten or simply sell the case and revisit after the first supply wave.
What is your move?
Genesis Collection just landed, and WTF are these Valorant cosplay skins doing here? Where is the CS2 soul?
If this is the direction we are going with the Source 2 engine, please just stop here. We don't need animated dragons spitting fire when reloading. 🙃
