I'ma be real... I can vibe with Saitama keeping up with SSJ4 Goku with his ever rising limitless potential, but with how they used a nonsensical combination of Kaioken and UI to justify a win for Goku by having his power jump up higher than Saitama's potential could keep up, I'm a bit miffed.
By that same logic, the battle should've been over from the jump between SSJ4 and God, because that's JUST how big the gap is between those powers as displayed in Battle of Gods. THAT'S where the power jump victory should've happened.
Making up an impossible form for Goku to slightly win for the sake of a more compelling story is expected from Death Battle's history, but still disappointing.
