Nigeria has become a country where people who do the right things are brought to defend themselves for doing what is right while those who looted the country dry or lie under oath are walking free on the street and even manning political offices. Peter Obi was not called to defend him for stealing money but he was called to defend himself about multilateral loan withdrawn by another successive government after he has left office. How did we get here? When Anambra State Government under the watchful eyes of Prof Charles Soludo, jumped his predecessor Willie Obiano to target Mr Peter Obi who left office almost 13 years ago, it shows that something fishy is going on.

Ask God to restore your appetite for life. Your ideas. Your energy. Your curiosity. Your confidence. Your hope for the future. Sometimes you don't need a completely new life. You need to reconnect with the parts of yourself you stopped nurturing.
The fact that we are having this discussion points to one thing, there is no competent strategic communication professional in @PeterObi team. Someone somewhere who is very good in comms is engineering this election to be about Obi when it suould be about Tinubu's failure.
Anambra Debt: I Stand by My Statement, Peter Obi Left $155m in Three Banks — Otti
In a piece I wrote over six years ago titled "Prudence Over Profligacy," I demonstrated, using the balance Peter Obi left in Anambra, that it is still possible to be prudent in government. As CEO of the bank at that time, I advised Peter Obi to leave the money in dollars, not naira. The Soludo administration’s allegations do not invalidate what I wrote nor the credit he left behind. If otherwise, the Anambra State Government should publish the debts.

Masturbation is not simply a matter of weakness or a lack of self-control. From a spiritual perspective, it can be viewed as an attack intended to delay, frustrate, and hinder a person’s destiny. Every time you release semen through masturbation, you may be giving spiritual forces an opportunity to influence, control, and weaken your life. This is why it is important to recognize the spiritual dimension of the struggle and take deliberate steps toward freedom and self-discipline.

Very, very true. I clocked this at age 7. People never put effort into things that will really make them great; they get distracted by things that won't. At 7, I read a lot about great men and what set them apart. It was three things:
1. Organization - Most great people I know have very organized and focused minds, leaving little room for distractions.
2. Consistency - You really become the greatest by constantly improving on your best. Most great people don't do one thing, get applause, and then go back to mediocrity. They consistently improve. Wahab Sarumi proved this in university. He saved me.
3. Discipline - Most great people need discipline to achieve the two things above. Sometimes what we call “hard work” is just discipline in action. Disciplined people always work hard, but hardworking people are not always disciplined.
Lack of discipline and a lack of delayed gratification are what typically lead to most failures. I have seen people who work hard and still do not improve because, in one area of their life, they try to overcompensate for that effort with overindulgence.
It could be liquor, leisure, or leverage, according to Charlie Munger. The three deadly sins are subtly being advertised to us daily by people who have made fortunes by capitalizing on human weakness.
Very few fortunes are made from “selling human discipline.” People buy things like gym memberships and never follow through. Most fortunes are made by people who sell to “human weakness” and they are also never high on their own supply. The biggest tech billionaires try to get their kids to largely avoid the tech they sell because they know the dangers of their product.
Discipline is all conquering, and the greatest battlefield is the mind. Our temptations change over time. Once, I was a slave to my hormones, but I was making enough money to support the habit.
I later became addicted to crisis, thinking it was hard work. So-called workaholics also lack discipline. It takes a lot of effort to say no at both extremes. I eventually found the middle way, at great cost.
I am great to my family, and that is the most important thing in the world to me.

If you’re an employee anywhere, DON’T scroll past this video.
There are lessons about the workplace they won’t teach you in school, at orientation, or in any handbook.
Watch this. You’ll thank yourself later.

"What do you mean by quality time?"
".... I'll give you an example: going to the grocery store together..."
See what Nigerian men could have had but we used our own hands to create entitled, vapid and materialistic dragons.

Something happened at a restaurant that I still can’t stop thinking about.
A lady finished eating and asked for her bill. It was ₦18,500.
She made the transfer, showed the waiter the receipt and left.
About 10 minutes later, the waiter came running outside looking for her.
Apparently, she had mistakenly transferred ₦185,000 instead of ₦18,500.
Luckily, she hadn’t gone far.
But here’s where it got interesting…
The restaurant manager told her they couldn’t refund her immediately because they needed to “confirm the transaction” first.
She showed them the debit alert.
They had received the money.
Still, they asked her to come back the next day.
The lady remained surprisingly calm and simply said:
“No problem. Just give me something in writing acknowledging that you received ₦185,000 from me and that my actual bill was ₦18,500.”
Suddenly, everybody became serious. 😂
The manager made a few calls, and somehow the refund that “couldn’t be done today” was processed within minutes.
That situation taught me something:
Sometimes, you don’t need to shout to be taken seriously. You just need to know exactly what to ask for.
But I’m curious…
If you accidentally transferred ₦185,000 instead of ₦18,500 and they told you to come back tomorrow, would you leave? 😂

No Objection to Legitimate Scrutiny of My Certificates
My attention has been drawn to reports circulating on social media concerning a legal action by an individual or group seeking Certified True Copies (CTCs) of my Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, awarded to me in 1984 by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), as well as other academic records and credentials relating to my admission into the University.
I wish to state clearly that I have absolutely no objection to the release of these records.
I respectfully request that the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, within the limits permitted by law, make available, upon legitimate request, my academic certificates, records, and other official documents relating to my admission and studies at the University. I equally have no objection to other educational institutions, within and outside Nigeria, which I attended, making my academic records available in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
I believe strongly in transparency and accountability, particularly for those who seek the privilege of public office. Public scrutiny must, however, be fair, lawful, and applied consistently to everyone who seeks to lead our nation.
As a presidential candidate seeking the trust of Nigerians to lead our country, I welcome legitimate public interest in my background, qualifications, and record. I am prepared to subject myself to the level of scrutiny that should reasonably be expected of anyone seeking the highest office in our country. Those who seek to lead must be willing to demonstrate, through both their words and actions, that they have nothing to conceal from the people they aspire to serve.
In that same spirit, I encourage every presidential candidate to make their educational qualifications and relevant records available for legitimate public scrutiny. Doing so should not be regarded as an inconvenience or an attack. Rather, it is an opportunity to strengthen public confidence, promote accountability, and rebuild the trust of Nigerians in those who seek to govern them.
Leadership must reflect the values we expect from the society we hope to build. If we desire a Nigeria founded on transparency, integrity, accountability, and respect for institutions, those values must begin with those who seek to lead it.
I therefore welcome the scrutiny of my academic background and remain committed to the principle that those who ask Nigerians for their trust must also be willing to earn that trust through openness and accountability.
A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
