After almost 7 years with Aqua Security, it's time to say goodbye. It's the most diverse and fulfilling role I've done so far. Working on impactful open source projects, managing an awesome global team, diving deep into technology, being on stages and engaging with the community, planning roadmap and strategy - I learned a lot and loved every part of it! Special thanks to Amir Jerbi (@amirjerbi76) who trusted, supported, and inspired me throughout. And thank you Aqua, our open source community, and my incredible team-mates.

My latests struggle is the lack of support from any of the new age personal assistants. I understand how Gmail is #1 integration to support, but I thought iCloud would be in the top 5? maybe 10? it's just completely ignored. @thsottiaux is dots expecting to support it anytime? @sama once said you're all apple fans ;)
Am I the only customer of @Apple iCloud Mail and Calendar? Calendar's failing with its one job - sending and accepting meeting invites. @AppleSupport gave up trying to help me. And when invites do get sent they originate from a weird address that isn't mine and people think it's spam. Timezone support is lame. Integration with video call services or any other automation is blocked. I didn't expect best in class, I just expected functional service.

anyone else see a cloud-native version of Orleans (distributed actors) here? 👀
Introducing celld: a self-hosted, distributed Durable Objects and Workers implementation - celld = V8 + S3 + SQLite + LTX+ Tokio - programmed with exactly the Cloudflare Workers/DO JavaScript APIs and config - order of magnitude cheaper at scale - writes are durable before they're acknowledged, RPO=0 - only depends on an S3 compatible bucket - no other infrastructure - ~4 MB memory per cell instance overhead - hibernated cells cost ~nothing, just their S3 storage - open source, Apache 2 licensed

which is a good thing. Orleans was awesome in principle. and AI agents are a natural fit for it.

or.. RTFM?

GPT5.6 (Sol if that matters) really likes to break lines at 80 chars, even if it's touching a doc that isn't styled this way, even if I keep telling it not to do that.

if @ChatGPTapp Codex created a worktree for a task, is there a way to start a new chat session in that worktree? I didn't find any way except opening it as a new project.

Very impressive model for its size, but it didn't like my question lol (it would have kept going if I hadn't stopped it)
Today, we’re announcing Bonsai 27B: the first 27B-class model to run on a phone. Bonsai 27B is the new multimodal flagship of the Bonsai family. Based on Qwen3.6 27B, it brings a new capability tier to local AI: multi-step reasoning, structured tool use, long-context workflows, and coherent agentic loops. Until now, models in this class have been impractical to deploy locally. A 27B model occupies roughly 54 GB in 16-bit precision, and even a strong 4-bit build is around 18GB - too large for a phone and for most laptops. Bonsai 27B changes that. It comes in two variants: • Ternary Bonsai 27B: 5.9 GB, 1.71 effective bits per weight, optimized for laptop-class quality. • 1-bit Bonsai 27B: 3.9 GB, 1.125 effective bits per weight, optimized for phone-class footprint. Everything is open-sourced today under the Apache 2.0 license.

got confused in this one, but at least it finished the sentence

use my own brain, unless it's @ChatGPTapp codex which literally starts a timer on me and if i don't respond in time it would move on. haven't found a way to disable this

I have my mouse back/forward buttons move between MacOS Spaces instead of the default. The only place it doesn't work is in the new @ChatGPTapp / Codex app, where the back button moves to previous chat instead of move space. Anyone have the same issue?

i've been telling work friends that X is where the AI community is at.. this seals it
(1) Today we're releasing Muse Spark 1.1 -- a strong agentic and coding model at a very low price. It's available through our new Meta Model API and in Meta AI.

I noticed that with every new model release, we immediately diss its predecessor like it wasn't the best thing on earth just an hour ago. it's physically hard for me to use opus 4.5 rn, even though it's a great model and will prob get the job done just fine.
Anyone else stopped working and just waiting for GPT-5.6 to drop?

not talking about specialized, well-define tasks (like one-shot or subagents) - I'm using lesser models there anyway
