For customers along Westside Road and in Ellison the generator at the tower could not be repaired today. Technicians will attempt repair again in the morning and we will keep you posted here.

Unfortunately the technicians could not repair the generator today. The next available time to do that is now this Thursday. Should we have any updates before then we will keep you posted. In the interim we will look at other option for our own back up power.

We have confirmed there is a power outage at the Enderby cliffs affecting customers in the Enderby/Armstrong area. A technician is on the way to the site now to restore service.

Power has been restored to our main office in Enderby but a separate outage at the cliffs is still down. A BC Hydro crew has been assigned and there is no ETA yet on this repair.

Our cable customers are experiencing intermittent internet service this morning, affecting our cable customers, customers off Enderby cliffs and Westside Road. They are aware of this problem and are working on it, no ETA for resolution as of yet.
