we just made video editing a whole lot easier :)
cook our recipes at cardboard(dot)ai
here's one i put together in under a minute, using just a few photos and clips from my trip to one of my favourite cities :)

btw the intro for this podcast was fully edited with Claude opus 5.5 and @usecardboard
this usually used to take 2-3hours of our time and was one of the huge bottleneck and i was able to generate/edit this intro in like less than ~30 min
this is bizarre!!
we just dropped a new episode of Agentic Engineering with @TheAmolWalvekar
we went deep on what actually changes once AI agents move from demos into real enterprise workflows:
agent harnesses, verification, reasoning models, token economics, model routing, FDEs, and why engineering is starting to look a lot more like systems engineering.
one idea I keep coming back to:
the next big breakthrough may not be an agent that’s 10% smarter. it may be doing the same work 100x-10,000x cheaper, reliably, at scale.
CHAPTERS
00:00 - Intro
00:10 - From ML & HFT to Building Enterprise AI
05:57 - Building AI Agents Before They Were Reliable
08:49 - The Agent Harness: Context, Tools & Verification
12:45 - How Reasoning Models Changed Enterprise AI
15:26 - Why Token Cost Becomes an Engineering Discipline
19:44 - What Happens When AI Models Commoditize
21:40 - Building a Lean AI-Native Engineering Team
26:27 - Verification, Evals & Knowing if the Agent Worked
28:08 - The Future of Agentic Engineering
if you’re building AI products or figuring out how agents fit into your engineering org, this one is worth the 30 mins.
Full episode is live on YouTube!
Asked @usecardboard to recreate this, then keep it going for another 15 seconds.
kinda insane how far this has come :)
I try not to look at logos while hiring because…
big companies make average work look impressive. small companies hide people who took on way more ownership than their title.
I care more about what you built, and how? did you go the extra mile?
we’re hiring at cardboard.ai/careers
Meet Divya (@dibbaa_code) - the first person to join Cardboard:

I got a life update -
After an insane 9-year run at Amazon, I’ve joined @usecardboard as founding engineer to build the best agentic video editor alongside the best team.
Six months ago I moved to SF looking for an early-stage team where the product is still being shaped, the problems are hard, and the people are cracked.
I posted exactly that on this platform. The post blew up and it led me to Cardboard. Crazy how putting what you want out into the universe sometimes just works.
Grateful to be here. Now its time to build and ship.
FWIW, the new Apple Studio Display is actually cheaper than the original Studio Display, which launched at $1,999 in 1998
