Today is our beautiful daughter, Mariana’s, bridal shower, celebrating her upcoming marriage to her handsome fiancé, Colton. Of course today is theirs and I’m sure there will be many pictures, but I couldn’t let it pass without sharing this pic of the ever radiant Mother of the Bride to be, my darling Constantina.

Thanks @sussexdaily! As you might remember, I married my beloved Constantina in a castle in England 2 years ago. We had found out just a few weeks before that I had a serious cancer. We didn’t let it spoil the day, or our brilliant honeymoon in Cyprus. We kicked that one with 30 plus courses of radiation and it’s gone. Then 10 months ago we discovered I had another, even worse, different cancer. This time it was chemotherapy’s turn to knock it out. That got us most of the way there, followed by a few surgeries. Three weeks ago I had the final surgery and it’s gone! I’m cancer free. Through all of this my darling wife has stood beside me, taken care of me and prayed with me.
