Zum Färben von #Eiern kann man künstliche oder natürliche Farbstoffe verwenden. Besonders viele verschiedene Farben lassen sich durch Rotkohlsaft erzeugen. Das darin enthaltene Cyanidin ändert in Abhängigkeit vom pH-Wert seine Farbe.
