Seit 2015 wird deutsches und EU-Recht systematisch gebrochen und gebeugt. Daran hat auch die aktuelle Regierung nichts geändert. Eine AfD-geführte Landesregierung in Magdeburg könnte die Rechte der Bürger einklagen – vielleicht sogar vor Gericht. Das Recht wäre allemal auf ihrer Seite.

Der Anstieg der Netzgebühren für Strom ist eine Folge der Energiewende und wird die Strompreise in Deutschland in exorbitante Höhen hochschrauben. Der Anstieg um 24 % in 2027 ist ein unheilvoller Vorbote. Langfristig droht uns ein Anstieg der Netzgebühren für die Industrie von heute 2,86 €ct/kWh auf 13,5 €ct/kWh und der Haushalte von 9,2 €ct/kWh auf 27 €ct/kWh.(EWI-Studie 2024). Das ist für die Bürger unbezahlbar. Aber schlimmer ist: mit diesen Netzkosten wird es eine Industrie in Deutschland nicht mehr geben. Ich muss jetzt mal extrem deutliche Worte finden, weil ich maßlos entsetzt darüber bin, wie viele sogenannte „freie Reporter“ und selbsternannte Aufklärer im Netz völlig ungeprüft brutale Falschinformationen verbreiten!
Auch wenn ich mir das als Impfgeschädigte selbst von ganzem Herzen so sehr wünschen würde❗️: Diese Informationen, die hier massenhaft verbreitet werden, stimmen leider einfach nicht!
Aktuell wird überall behauptet, dass am 22. Oktober 2026 in Leeuwarden Persönlichkeiten wie Bill Gates, Pfizer-CEO Albert Bourla oder Mark Rutte „angeklagt“ seien, vor Gericht stünden oder ihnen Strafen wegen „Menschenrechtsverletzungen“ drohen.
DAS IST EINE SCHLICHTE UNWAHRHEIT UND TOTALER UNSINN!
Ich lebe in Deutschland und bin damals extra selbst nach Holland zum Gericht nach Leeuwarden gefahren, um mir die Lage vor Ort anzusehen und die Fakten zu verstehen. Ich verfolge das Thema intensiv – und es ist unfassbar, was für Märchen im Internet zusammengedichtet werden, um Klicks und falsche Hoffnungen zu erzeugen.
Hier sind die knallharten Fakten, die jeder kapieren muss: ❗️👇
* 🏛️ Das Gericht in Leeuwarden ist KEIN Menschenrechtsgerichtshof!
Selbstverständlich gibt es ein Gericht vor Ort – das lokale Bezirksgericht (Rechtbank Noord-Nederland). Aber dort kann man überhaupt nicht auf Menschenrechtsverletzungen klagen! Klagen zu Menschenrechten gehören vor spezialisierte internationale Gerichtshöfe (wie den Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte) und nicht an ein lokales niederländisches Zivilgericht.
* ❌ Es ist KEIN Strafprozess!
In diesem Verfahren gibt es keine Staatsanwaltschaft, keine Anklageschrift und kein Strafverfahren. Es sitzt dort niemand auf einer strafrechtlichen Anklagebank und niemandem droht eine Gefängnisstrafe. Wer von „Angeklagten“ spricht, verdreht bewusst die Fakten.
* ⚖️ Worum geht es wirklich? Um eine zivile Schadensersatzklage!
Vor dem Gericht in Leeuwarden klagen sieben Einzelpersonen (Impfgeschädigte) in einem rein zivilrechtlichen Verfahren. Gegenstand der Klage sind zivilrechtliche Haftungsfragen und finanzielle Schadensersatzforderungen wegen Impfschäden. Das ist ein privatrechtlicher Streit um Geld und Haftung – sonst gar nichts!
* 👨💼 Niemand reist persönlich an!
Weder Bill Gates noch Albert Bourla oder Mark Rutte werden dort persönlich im Gerichtssaal erscheinen. Im Zivilrecht ist das persönliche Erscheinen bei Vertretung durch Anwälte weder nötig noch üblich – sie lassen sich von ihren Anwaltskanzleien vertreten.
Mein Appell an alle:
Hört auf, reißerische Schlagzeilen vom angeblichen „Prozess wegen Menschenrechten gegen Angeklagte“ nachzuteilen! Wer sich „freier Journalist“ nennt, hat die Pflicht, ein lokales Zivilgericht von einem Menschenrechtsgerichtshof zu unterscheiden und den Menschen keine Bären aufzubinden.
Man muss die Dinge juristisch nüchtern und realistisch betrachten, so wie sie tatsächlich sind. Alles andere ist Irreführung!
