What a privilege it is to be able to run, afford a gym membership, buy healthy food, pay your bills, walk on your own legs, see with your own eyes, think clearly, work every day, and push your body to become stronger.
Never take these blessings for granted.

she always has a reason for doing things, and it always pays off
Last year, the supermodel Chanel Iman talked about working with Beyoncé for the "Yoncé" music video:
"It went viral and then all of a sudden everybody was inviting the three of us to join the best fashion parties. They finally figured out we were all beautiful and all deserved to be invited and deserve as many opportunities as the other girls. When we saw each other, we would run to the DJ and ask them to play the song and say This is our moment right now! We still talk about it to this day. If we see each other, we say, 'Yeah, girl, we did that!'"
