At the peak of my misery and depression 19 years ago I started to take 10-30 minute walks of gratitude every morning. While walking I would say what I was thankful for. Doing this floods your brain and body with happy hormones that uplift you and helps you take on the day.

-A lot of love and accountability.
-A lot of grace and truth.
-Demanding but not demeaning.

Now more than ever it’s important to have a strong immune system. We know that stress weakens our immune system while a positive mindset boosts it.

If you only read the @nytimes and watch @cnn, you’d know NOTHING about the @ABC #EpsteinCoverup Robach story and @CBSNews firing an innocent woman. They haven't mentioned it.
Not once.
Let that sink in for a minute.

Don't say, "that can't happen." Don't think, "I don't deserve that." Instead say, "I'm here for a reason. There is a plan for my life. Give me an opportunity and I'll make the most of it. I don't know how it will happen, but I trust it will. I believe anything is possible."

Today is my Mom’s birthday. She would have been 72 today. She passed away at 59. I miss her. I believe I will no matter how old I am. My friends who are 80 still miss their parents so I’m guessing that’s how it is. Have you found this to be true?
