For some people, kpop is an escape from life’s chaos, shitty govs, and all the bullshit in this world. But lately, endless yet pointless discourse have made this space just so draining. It’s exhausting when the very thing once felt like a safe haven becomes part of the chaos. ☹️
Maybe we should all remember that there’s more to life than fandoms. It’s okay to disagree, disagree if you want, but learn when to log off. Not every opinion needs a fight, not every difference needs a callout, and not everything has to be that deep. Let people enjoy what brings them happiness.
We come here to find comfort, not more reasons to be miserable. Maybe it’s time we stop making a safe space feel unsafe for others, too.

Mingyu has been the target of malicious rumors for the past weeks. It’s time we take a stand. He is a genuinely kind soul who has done nothing to deserve this kind of hate.
REPORT and DO NOT ENGAGE. Engaging only gives these rumors more attention and a wider platform. Don’t give them the attention they don’t deserve.

Lets trend #CARATSPROTECTMINGYU
Its been a slanderfest for mingyu these past few weeks with people twisting everything he did and throwing fake narratives.
the accs that started this whole mess should be getting reported, not gaining even more followers from all the attention :/
#CARATSPROTECTMINGYU
Idk this should be discussed already since October, for the past weeks Mingyu has been slandered with so many stupid issues, but I observed most of the fandom are just silent. Mingyu is also a member too of seventeen that need "protection".

ya ampun, ternyata discourse tentang dancers makin ke sini makin ga jelas ya. after reading people’s opinions, i think everyone’s feelings are valid. yes that specific behavior is unacceptable, but that’s a different conversation from wanting to erase their presence on stage.

This isn’t the caratland i signed up for :/
everyday another discourse spiraling out of control. From one issue suddenly jumped into another issue. Also, instead of focusing on reporting the accs spreading fake news and hate to get them suspended, y’all are busy targeting another member instead.
always fighting, spreading drama, but somehow too busy to vote? can we get our priorities straight for once :/
