Yodel the most disgraceful courier around. order in their local depot for days, they ignore phone calls, live chat REFUSE to take or register a complaint, no way to chase delivery despite being days late...and its at their local depot...crazy @YodelOnline

Royalmail incompetence hit new low.Been waiting 3 days for collection of a returned parcel and they simply keep clicking 'not at home' on their app. Luckily we have CCTV and doorbell cams to prove they never attended discgraceful @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailGroup
