Good news, India. Our trade deal is almost done. How do we know? Not from Parliament. Not from our own govt. We heard it from a visiting American Secretary of State at a press conference in Mumbai. He also had updates on which crude we are ready to refine, how pleased Washington is with where we buy our oil, and which American defence systems we should be buying next. Very thorough briefing. Our govt could take notes. At this rate the next Budget may be announced at a US press briefing, with our Finance Minister invited as a special guest. A trade deal decides the price farmers get for their crops, the margin of a small manufacturer and the cost of fuel for every family. These are not details a nation should learn from a foreign minister's travel diary. Will the Prime Minister tell Parliament what India is giving and what it is getting before he signs?

Sunak’s Slap in New Delhi: China Is a Superpower, India Is the Aspirant Multipolar Reality Check: Vietnam Won ‘China+1,’ Not India Rishi Sunak stood in New Delhi, in front of India’s business elite, and said the quiet part out loud: China is now a peer competitor to the United States. Not India. For years, since the US–China trade war heated up in 2018, Indian elites have been thumping their chests, declaring India the “next economic superpower.” They told themselves that as America tried to “decouple” from China, India would be the natural replacement. Western think tanks and media fed this fantasy, calling India the “counterweight” to China. But Sunak’s words were a slap across the face: the world has already moved to multipolarity, and India is not sitting at the top table among the 2 superpowers. Multipolar Reality Sunak’s statement confirms what many outside the Western bubble already know: the US-led order is finished. Trump is not the cause of this collapse—he’s the symptom. His rise reflects America’s contradictions: a superpower drowning in debt, polarized at home, overstretched abroad. Just like late Ottoman sultans who clung to populism while their empire crumbled, Trump embodies decline, not renewal. China, meanwhile, has emerged as a full-spectrum rival—economically, militarily, technologically. That’s the reality Sunak acknowledged. And he did it in India, where elites have been desperate to believe they are equal to China. The contrast could not be sharper. India as “Supply Chain Hub”? Sunak dangled a carrot: India could be a “trusted partner” and “potential supply chain hub” as the West diversifies away from China. But let’s be honest—this is the same “China + 1” narrative we heard back in 2020. Back then, Western firms said they’d move factories out of China. The winner wasn’t India. It was Vietnam. Why? Because Vietnam is next door to China, plugged directly into Chinese supply chains. Its ports, logistics, and industrial clusters are integrated with southern China’s manufacturing ecosystem. Multinationals could shift assembly lines to Vietnam without breaking their supply chain backbone. India, by contrast, was too far, too bureaucratic, too expensive in logistics, and too unpredictable in policy. India had a PR win over China – when it was crowned “most likely to succeed” in China + 1 as Modi was a good friend of Trump! See where Modi is now with Trump? India’s Missed Chances If India truly wants to be a manufacturing hub, it needs to face hard truths: 1.Foreign investment friendliness – Investors complain about red tape, sudden tax changes, and weak infrastructure. India must fix this. 2.Integration with Chinese supply chains – Pretending you can replace China is fantasy. The smart move is to plug into China’s ecosystem, not fight it. Vietnam understood this. India resisted, and lost. 3.Geopolitical realism – India wants to be a “swing state,” hedging between blocs. But hedging only works if you have leverage. Without manufacturing depth, India’s leverage is limited. OECD Debts near Breaking Points? Western debt markets are turning into a casino. Just look at US, Japan and France. Sunak warned tech firms may soon issue more debt than the US government, showing how private capital dominates—chasing quick profits and leaving economies unstable. In my opinion, China’s model is different. Debt is directed by the state, used to build railways, factories, and green tech, not gamble on short term returns. This approach is civilizational: China has always valued stability and long term planning. For developing countries, that predictability is far more sustainable than Western finance, which is predatory and short lived. In a multipolar world, China’s debt system looks built to last. The Bigger Picture Sunak’s speech in India was more than a policy talk. It was a reality check. •China is the new superpower and peer to the US. •India is still the aspirant. •Multipolarity is here. •OECD debts are worrisome For India, the choice is stark: keep chasing the fantasy of replacing China, or accept reality and integrate with the Chinese supply chain while reforming its own investment climate. Otherwise, India risks being left behind, watching Vietnam and ASEAN reap the benefits of diversification. Conclusion Sunak’s words in New Delhi cut through the illusions. The US-led order is gone. Trump is the symptom of America’s decline. China is the peer competitor. And India? Still waiting for its moment, but unless it changes course—making itself investment-friendly and integrating with China—it will remain on the sidelines of the multipolar world. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : The Hindu Just drop Biggest BOMB on Traitor Gyanesh Kumar & Dictator Modi🔥 (MUST Read & Share) ECI's own software EXPOSED. In Delhi SIR, one community gets flagged again and again 🔥 The Hindu analysed Delhi's SIR draft roll: Muslims are 13.6% of electors. But 20.3% of those flagged by ECI's ERONET software for "logical discrepancies". And 30% of those flagged under five reasons that point to family size. The reason "progeny >= 6" (six or more children listed)? 58% of those flagged were Muslims. Over four times their share. Per 1,000 voters flagged on these family-size reasons: 152 Muslims vs 56 non-Muslims. And as per The Hindu, these "logical discrepancy" checks don't appear in ECI's SIR orders for Bihar or for Phase 2. No public rule. Just software deciding who gets a notice. Bro, imagine your school starts "checking documents" before exams. The computer flags kids for "too many siblings." Your friend Imran and his cousins get notices. You don't. Teacher says "system ne kiya, humein nahi pata." Would you call that a glitch, or a design? Who wrote this logic? Who approved it? Why was it never announced? If it's fair, release the code. Modi ji, the question about your "sabka saath" is now in a spreadsheet. Gyanesh Kumar ji, you didn't explain the reasons till Tuesday night, says The Hindu. Explain now. ECI, a voter is a citizen, not a filter in your software 🔥🔥🔥

Uttar Pradesh -> 30% of politicians owns colleges. Maharashtra -> 60% of politicians owns colleges. Karnataka -> 40% of politicians owns college. 90% of private universities are owned by politicians in India. But why are politicians obsessed with colleges? 1) Black Money Rotation : Huge amount of fees are collected in cash & actual collections are underreported. Then money is shown as:
• Building expenses
• Lab equipment
• Maintenance
• Fake salaries In 2016, Income Tax Dept reportedly detected around ₹32,000 Cr. black money linked with educational institutions. 2) Election Funding : Colleges become safe cash storage centers during elections. In 2024 Lok Sabha elections, around ₹9,000 Crore cash was seized across India. 3) Land Game : Many institutions are allegedly built on govt. illegal occupied land. Once a college is built, no one questions it because it’s in the name of “education”. From 2015–2025, ED reportedly registered 193+ cases against politicians for money laundering. Despite thousands of crores flowing through this sector… India still struggles with:
• Poor infrastructure
• Outdated learning
• High fees
• Unemployable graduates Because for politicians, education is no longer a service. IT IS A BUSINESS MODEL 🤡

Puranas does the unthinkable!🔥 Three Puranas - Matsya, Vayu and Brahmanda - preserve the names of every king who ruled after the Kurukshetra War and before the historical king Mahapadma Nanda!🔥 They preserve even the period each king ruled, to the minutest detail!🔥 This detailing continues for every king of Nandas, Mauryas, Sungas, Kanvas and Satavahanas with Guptas mentioned as a group. We show here upto Mahapadma Nanda's coronation. Ever seen all these names together in one picture? While the Buddhist and Jain sources preserve many events related to a few of these kings as they interacted with Buddha or Mahavira, only the Puranas preserved the full chronology from the Kurukshetra War to the rule of the Nandas, Mauryas, Sungas, Kanvas, and Satavahanas. But the most important shock it gives is this:- Puranas make sense only if the Kurukshetra War is dated to 1793 BCE or in the dates close to it.🔥 A simple glance at this research will tell you this. Look at the table with every king who ruled after the Kurukshetra War upto the coronation of Mahapadma Nanda. One column has their regnal years based on Kurukshetra War dated to 1793 BCE. Another column based on the 3138 BCE as the Kurukshetra War - a representative date for the 3200-3000 BCE period. Now here is the fun!🔥 When you put 3138 BCE as the Kurukshetra War, all these kings become contemporary to the Sarasvati Sindhu Civilisation and its Early, Mature and Late Harappan phases! You all know this great civilisation thrived in North West India in the region of the Sarasvati, Sindhu and their tributary networks. But these kings ruled to their east along the Ganga, Sarayu, Gandaki and Shona in UP and Bihar. Are you able to detect the anomaly?🔥 Not even a single mention of the great Sarasvati Sindhu Civilisation in any of the Puranas as contemporary to any of these kings! 🔥 You all know that, when the Early and Mature Phases of the Sarasvati Sindhu Civilisation were thriving in 3300-1900 BCE, its eastern region around the Ganga was less developed and less prosperous. But, those who date the Kurukshetra War in 3200-3000 BCE want to argue that these kings ruled as the poor eastern neighbours of the highly prosperous IVC / Harappan / Sarasvati Sindhu Region along the Ganga Basin! But they have no evidence to show the prosperity of Ganga basin in 3300-1900 BCE compared to the prosperity of Sarasvati and Sindhu in the same period to the west of Ganga!🔥 Contrast this with our chronology. We correctly identify 3300-1900 BCE Early and Mature Harappan phases of Sarasvati Sindhu Civilization as the Rgvedic Period. Our Santanu lived in 1950-1850 BCE, and the Kurukshetra War is dated to 1793 BCE. Then the regnal periods of these kings correctly align with the Late Harappan Period and its continuity upto 364 BCE when the coronation of Mahapadma Nanda happened as per the mainstream chronology!🔥 Not even one year added or subtracted!🔥 Every king aligns perfectly well. 🔥 Including Jarasandha's son Sahadeva, who was killed in the Kurukshetra War, his last descendant Ripunjaya, and the later Magadha kings like the famous Bimbisara and Ajatasatru as correctly contemporary to Buddha in the 6th and 5th century BCE, Mahanandin and his ouster by Mahapadma Nanda in 364 BCE. Everything aligns perfectly!🔥

*Adani wins US court hearing in push to throw out SEC fraud suit* New York, Apr 8 (PTI) A US judge granted a request from billionaire Gautam Adani to schedule a hearing in his effort to dismiss a US Securities and Exchange Commission fraud case, which he says lacks necessary jurisdiction as well as fails on multiple reasons. This followed lawyers of Adani and his nephew, Sagar filing a plea seeking dismissal of the case. "The court has received Defendants' letter requesting a pre-motion conference on their anticipated motion to dismiss the Complaint. The court GRANTS that request and DIRECTS the parties" to schedule the pre-motion conference, the Eastern District court of New York said in its order. In the filing, the Adanis' lawyers said there was no credible evidence supporting the alleged bribery scheme. The SEC, they said, lacked necessary jurisdiction over the two men and that the alleged misstatements underpinning the case weren't actionable. The case brought by SEC in November 2024 alongside a criminal complaint by the US Department of Justice, alleges that the Adanis sought to pay over USD 250 million in bribes to Indian officials to secure solar energy contracts and concealed the scheme from US investors and banks when they raised funds. The Adani Group has denied all allegations, stating that none of its entities or executives have been charged under the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and that Adani Green Energy - the renewable energy arm that raised the funds - is not a party to the proceedings. While Gautam Adani chairs the Adani Group, Sagar Adani is executive director at Adani Green Energy. The lawsuits had been stalled for over a year as the defendants, based in India, were not served notices. The group, which spans green energy, ports, realty, mining and news media, has continued to raise funds from global investors, including BlackRock, since the charges were filed. The Brooklyn, New York court's decision to grant a hearing allows Adani to argue that the regulator's complaint should be thrown out at an early stage, potentially avoiding a protracted discovery process and trial. In filings, Adani's legal team has argued that the case lacks sufficient jurisdictional basis and fails to establish actionable claims under US securities laws. *NO US JURISDICTION* The Adanis argued that the court lacked personal jurisdiction, saying neither of them had sufficient contacts with the US or direct involvement in the bond offering. The USD 750-million bond sale was conducted outside the United States under Rule 144A and Regulation S exemptions, with securities sold to non-US underwriters and only later resold in part to qualified institutional buyers, they said. The plea stated that "in September 2021, Adani Green, which is not a US registrant, conducted a USD 750 million bond offering pursuant to SEC Rule 144A and SEC Regulation S, which are registration exemptions for private resales to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) and for non-US sales, respectively". "Adani Green sold all of the notes from the Offering outside the United States, via a Subscription Agreement, to non-US underwriters, who later resold the Notes to QIBs. A fraction of those resales -- in transactions to which Adani Green was not a party -- are alleged to have been made to 'investors in the United States'," it said. The plea through the lawyers added that the complaint does not allege that Gautam Adani approved the issuance, attended key meetings, or directed any activity at US investors. Stating that the SEC could not charge the two under the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, it instead recast its charges as a securities fraud case. The filing states that the Adanis dispute that there is any credible evidence supporting the purported bribery scheme. "Notably, the SEC does not allege that there were any investor losses, and there were none. The bonds have matured, and Adani Green repaid all principal and interest in full to investors in 2024," it added. *EXTRATERRITORIAL REACH CHALLENGED* The filing also contends the SEC's case is impermissibly extraterritorial, noting the securities were not listed in the United States, the issuer is Indian, and the alleged misconduct occurred entirely in India. Citing US Supreme Court precedent, Adanis said the SEC failed to show any "domestic transaction", a requirement for applying US securities laws. Under the sections invoked, the SEC must plausibly allege a "domestic transaction" and it must plead that "irrevocable liability was incurred or title was transferred within the United States". The SEC charges against Adanis say nothing about where irrevocable liability was incurred, the plea said, adding that the mere fact, taken as true, that some downstream investors were located in the US is irrelevant to the case. "The SEC's claims here solely involve Indian Defendants, an Indian issuer, securities not registered with the SEC and not traded on any US exchange, and underlying conduct alleged to have occurred exclusively in India," it said. "This case is thus conclusively beyond the reach of the US securities laws." *NO INVESTOR LOSSES* The defendants said the SEC does not allege any investor losses, adding that the bonds matured and were fully repaid with interest in 2024. They also disputed the underlying bribery allegations, saying there is no credible evidence supporting such claims. "The alleged bribery scheme relates to a solar energy project in India for the provision of renewable power in India. There is no allegation that any US company bid on the project, or that any US customer purchased energy in the project. In fact, there was no such US involvement," the plea said. *'PUFFERY' DEFENCE* The filing argues that statements cited by the SEC -- relating to ESG commitments, anti-corruption practices, and corporate reputation -- amount to non-actionable "puffery", or general corporate optimism that investors cannot reasonably rely on. It further said the SEC failed to link either defendant to specific misleading statements or demonstrate intent to defraud. The defendants are seeking dismissal of the case in full and said they are prepared to appear for a pre-motion conference if required. Adanis argued that the court lacks personal jurisdiction, saying neither had sufficient contacts with the US or direct involvement in the bond offering. "The complaint contains no plausible allegation that Gautam Adani was involved in drafting, reviewing, or approving any document containing any alleged misstatement. Indeed, the SEC does not allege that Gautam Adani even knew these statements were being made," the plea said. "Because there are no allegations tying him to any alleged misstatement, the SEC's claims against Gautam Adani fail as a matter of law." The allegations against Sagar Adani are also deficient. "Even if 'multiple drafts' of the Offering Circular 'were provided to [him]', these allegations do not tie him to specific misstatements, much less show that he had 'ultimate authority' over their content," it said. The SEC also fails to adequately plead that defendants acted with the requisite intent. "The SEC makes no plausible allegation that Defendants acted with knowledge or recklessness," it said. The defendants intend to move to dismiss the SEC's complaint by April 30, 2026 and, as part of this process, have on April 7, 2026 submitted a letter with the EDNY (Eastern District New York) judge informing the court that the defendants are prepared to attend a pre-motion conference should the court wish to schedule one. The filing of this letter is a standard procedural step in the legal process for the handling of such matters in accordance with the procedural rules prescribed by the EDNY judge. In the letter, the defendants have briefly set out their grounds for dismissal of SEC's complaint, including that (i) the court concerned lacks personal jurisdiction over the defendants and the claims against them, (ii) the SEC's claims are impermissibly extraterritorial, (iii) the alleged misstatements by the defendants are too vague and general for any reasonable investor to rely upon as a guarantee of any concrete fact or outcome, making them inactionable, and (iii) the defendants' lack of involvement in the transaction bars the SEC's claims against them. Gautam Adani is represented by Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, while Sagar Adani's counsel is Nixon Peabody LLP and Hecker Fink LLP. SEC's CHARGES AGAINST ADANI ------------------------------------ The SEC has alleged that Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani and others orchestrated a USD 250 million-plus bribery scheme between 2020 and 2024 to secure solar energy contracts in India. Their plea (termed as letter in US legal system) pointed out that SEC does not allege that there were any investor losses as there were none. The bonds have matured and all interest payments were made on time. The court lacks personal jurisdiction over defendants and the claims against them should be dismissed under Rule 12(b)(2), the letter cited. The SEC must plead that defendants had sufficient "minimum contacts" with the US and that the claims against them arose out of those activities, the letter pointed out. With respect to Gautam Adani, the SEC does not come close, the lawyers added. The claims, according to the lawyers, "involve Indian Defendants, an Indian issuer, securities not registered with the SEC and not traded on US exchanges, and underlying conduct alleged to have occurred exclusively in India". The SEC has not alleged underwriters who purchased the bonds from AGEL were US institutions as they weren't, or that the subscription agreement underlying the purchases was governed by US law as it wasn't. "This case is thus conclusively beyond the reach of the US securities laws," the lawyers said. The SEC has also failed to tie Sagar Adani to a single allegedly false or misleading statement, much less one directed at US investors, the letter added.

#BREAKING: Over 8,600 complaints were received against sitting judges by the Office of the Chief Justice of India in last ten years alone! The Supreme Court of India presented this data to the Union Law Ministry in response to a Parliamentary question by Mr. Matheswaran V.S. It is not known what transpired in each of these complaints, and how, and IF AT ALL they were processed by the CJI’s office. Judicial corruption is a burning issue today and the system stands exposed. Although the MP asked what action was taken in each of these complaints, the Parliamentary answer is mute on that point. The government is also mute on bringing guidelines or mechanism to record, maintain, and deal with such complaints. However, the MORE WORRYING and SHOCKING point is this: Before the Delhi High Court in my case on corruption and misconduct complaints against former Madras High Court Acting Chief Justice T. Raja, the Supreme Court Registry has sworn on the affidavit that it does not maintain data in the format sought for. But HOW did it give year-wise data to the Parliament then? So is the Supreme Court Registry lying on oath before the Delhi High Court? If so, this is UNPRECEDENTED and the strongest of actions ought to be taken against those shielding a certain judge by denying data! Who is shielding? Why are they shielding? And what fear do they have to simply answer a yes or no to my RTI question? Even going to the extent of misleading the Hon’ble High Court. The system stands exposed today! Accountability must follow.

Understanding world events By Justice Katju It is often mind boggling what is going on in the world today, so I am giving my own perspective. 1. A principle catalyst for the present turmoil  in the world is the massive US debt of 38.5 trillion dollars, on which a staggering amount of interest has to be paid ( 1 trillion dollars in 2024 alone ) m.economictimes.com/news/int… forbes.com/sites/dougmelvill… fiscaldata.treasury.gov/amer… For the last 40 years or so the US government expenditure ( much of it on defence ) has far exceeded its revenue ( which comes mainly from taxes ). Now if a person's income is say 50,000 dollars a year, but his expenses are 70,000 dollars, he has to borrow the balance of 20,000 dollars. This is exactly what the US government has been doing. This borrowing is in the form of selling US treasury bonds, which is akin to fixed deposit receipts or IOYs carrying interest liability, to many countries and institutions. For instance, China, the main rival of USA today, has been selling a huge amount of goods to USA, and in return has been getting US dollars. The Chinese invested much of this money by buying US treasury bonds, and in this way China, at one time held about 1.33 trillion dollars treasury bonds. Other countries also bought huge amounts of US treasury bonds. But this living beyond one's means cannot go on forever. If a man is continuously subsisting on bank loans, a day will surely come when the bank will refuse to grant any further loans, fearing it may never be able to recover the loan and the interest thereon. The man will then have two options  (1) cut his expenses ( which may be very difficult if he has become accustomed to a certain life style ) or (2) resort to theft. Now if the USA is to reduce its expenditure, it has these options, none of which may be viable : a. Cut its huge defence expenditure. But this will involve winding up its military bases which it has all over the globe and reducing its military forces, leading to loss of its influence all over the world, which would not be acceptable to the US Establishment. Moreover, the huge US arms manufacturers, who are very influential in US politics, would not permit this, fearing cuts in their profits b. Increase in taxes This again would very difficult, as most Americans are already overburdened with mortgage payments on their housings, and paying higher prices for their groceries etc ( due to the current inflation ). An important crisis occurred in 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine. As a reaction, the US govt froze the 300 billion dollars in US treasury bonds which Russia then held, and consequently this huge amount of money became worthless for the Russians. This sent a shock wave all over the world, with governments in all countries realizing that investment in buying US treasury bonds was no longer safe, and had instead become very precarious, since the US government could freeze the treasury bonds at any time if it felt offended. Most countries in the world have now stopped buying US treasury bonds, and many have been selling them off and buying gold or investing the money in other assets youtube.com/watch?v=ZMsA2CFz… For instance, China has reduced its US treasury bonds holdings from its peak of 1.33 trillion dollars to about 680 billion dollars today, and it keeps reducing it systematically almost every month, converting most of it into gold and other assets youtube.com/watch?v=zAzNU47x… youtube.com/watch?v=NMEyBiZL… youtube.com/watch?v=VqhlS8wy… youtube.com/watch?v=foFYJC0G… Similarly, India has dumped 50 billion dollars US treasury bonds youtube.com/watch?v=WVOhRrN7… Saudi Arabia has ended the petro-dollar agreement with USA youtube.com/watch?v=K-jWFhG6… So how will the US govt now pay for its massive debt ? One way is to make the US Federal Reserve Bank print more dollars to buy US Treasury bonds. But this will lead to inflation, and the American public, already facing 6% inflation presently, may not tolerate more. So the only alternative left is some form of colonialism i.e. theft and loot from other countries. Venezuela has already been taken over by the US Govt ( as President Trump himself stated ), and its huge oil deposits will be used for partly covering the US debt. Greenland may be next in line. And then other countries e.g. Columbia, which have huge natural resources, and may be up for grabs bbc.com/future/article/20250… britannica.com/place/Colombi… European countries have united to thwart Trump's designs for Greenland, but time alone will tell what may happen. It may be that Trump, whose present popularity in America seems to be declining, may forcibly occupy Greenland just before the mid term US Congress elections, to achieve a victory for the Republicans in the polls. But that may give a pretext to China, and embolden it to seize Taiwan. 2. However, there is another historical event that has taken place, and that is the meteoric rise of China as an industrial super power, and the manufacturing hub of the world. I have explained this in detail in my articles below, in which I have pointed out that China only claims to be socialist, but in fact it is capitalist and imperialist, spreading its claws and fangs all over the world, hungrily seeking raw materials and markets in Asia, Africa and Latin America ( apart from Western countries ) to grab for its behemoth industry, like a vampire seeking human blood indicanews.com/justice-marka… legalmaestros.com/column/ind… I have said in my article below that though the US govt has effectively conquered Venezuela recently, the Chinese, who have hugely invested in that oil rich country, will not take this lying low, and are bound to retaliate in some form indicanews.com/explaining-ev… bbc.com/news/articles/cly92d… eurasiantimes.com/chinas-100… Chinese industrial growth is bound to continue, and with that its expansionism all over the world. China and America are presently fighting each other only economically, not militarily. But no one can predict the future. A single spark can light up a blaze when the fuel has gathered e.g. the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria in 1914, which resulted in the First World War, or the Cuban Crisis in 1962, which almost resulted in World War 3 Sooner or later these two super powers are bound to collide, and then the consequences may be catastrophic. 3 There are some other flashpoints in the world too, like the crises in Gaza, Bangladesh, etc but these are relatively minor as compared to the first two
