When that lady asked in the @ManCaveUg why church boys are so boring in bed, I was shocked. Then she explained that some can quote 40 scriptures on marriage but cannot discuss sexual pleasure without invoking Jezebel.
Brother, how are you preparing for marriage while remaining sexually illiterate?
You cannot pray your way out of conversations you refuse to have. Even Solomon wrote the Song of Songs, not the Book of Avoiding Intimacy. 😂

I remember when someone insinuated in a professional group that surgeons are more important than public health physicians..
I was mad that day..🤣🤣
Simply because many times we fail to see how some things are abnormal.
For a benign tumor that grows slowly to get to this size shows either ignorance, negligence or lack of funds.
That's the sector where public health plays..
It's possible with adequate system to never see a tumor this large in a population..
Even the surgeons will thank you when the tumor presents early.
But sadly we haven't captured a vision of health and access for all.
And these are the issues.
Well done to the team of surgeons that did this. A man has his life back .🙌🙌
One of the most fascinating cases I assisted in.
This patient had a massive ameloblastoma (F1), having sought help without success in many centres.
We (majorly my attending) did a resection, which would involve a complete removal of the mandible (lower jaw), meanwhile fixed a plate for a chin, then later reconstructed the jaw with the fibula (from the leg).
Always improving on the quality of life through Surgery.

3AM PRAYER
In the mighty name of Jesus, we come before You asking for divine wisdom, understanding, and discernment. LORD, teach us how to make the right decisions, speak the right words, and take the right steps in every area of our lives.
Father, when we are confused, be our direction. When we face difficult choices, give us clarity. When emotions threaten to lead us astray, help us to be guided by Your wisdom. Grant us the grace to know when to speak, when to remain silent, when to act, and when to wait upon You.
Remove every form of confusion, ignorance, and poor judgment from our lives. Open our eyes to opportunities, give us understanding beyond our years, and surround us with people who will offer godly counsel. May we never destroy through foolish decisions what You have taken years to build in our lives.
Father, give us wisdom to manage our families, careers, businesses, finances, relationships, and destinies. Help us to recognize what is good for us and give us the courage to walk away from anything that will lead us away from Your purpose.
Holy Spirit, guide our thoughts, influence our choices, and order our steps. May Your wisdom distinguish us, Your understanding preserve us, and Your grace lead us into greatness.
Your word says in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask You, because You give generously to all without finding fault. Today, we ask boldly, fill us with wisdom from above, wisdom that brings peace, righteousness, humility, and good judgment.
May we not be wise only in the eyes of people, but wise in Your sight.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we have prayed, Amen 🙏🏾

The older you get, the more you realize that luck often comes down to exposure.
New places. New people. New experiences. New conversations.
You can't meet the right person if you never leave your circle.
You can't discover new opportunities if you never try anything new.
Put yourself out there. The more you engage with the world, the more chances you give life to surprise you.

You need 5 things to build a great physique:
- A few proper meals you actually like
- 4 solid full-body workouts a week
- 7+ hours of good sleep
- 8,000+ steps a day
- Consistency
The rest is noise.

Kenyans are clearly reading about its men, its women, and its madness.
When it rains, you don't assume it will rain forever.
You know the sun will return.
Give your life the same grace.
This difficult season is not your entire story. This pain is not your permanent address.
Hold on. The weather will change. Live to see another sunny day.

Let them underestimate you. Keep going and prove to yourself what you’re capable of.
My 1st suturing in OR was improptu.
My attending scrubbed out, and left me to close.
Good thing, I had done some with lemon and pork.
Medstudents, don't reach internship level without knowing basic suturing. There's very few who will want to teach you at this level.
But again, medschool logbooks zote were signed for, as assistants, mara sutured 20 cases. Now kwa internship, mambo inakaza wengi sana.
