Drift auto-builds a baseline from each sender’s own mail: length, wording habits, how fast they usually reply, whether they actually close the loop, etc. Drift runs the numbers. New email gets checked against THAT person’s stats, not generic English.
If the pattern or the language drifts: one card. Alerts that help me address changes in communication allowing me to respond appropriately and also surfaces emerging challenges.
