Now something a bit different. #solito by @intrepidbrewing in the #peakdistrict #castleton
A smooth pale ale. I’m usually a keg man, but loving the cask beers tonight! Sweet and velvet in presentation. I’d definitely have another.

All the beers I enjoyed on a cheeky two night twixmas break in the Peak District on the way back from Scotland. All absolute pearlers.
Kudos to @intrepidbrewing as I think the #solito pale ale was my favourite, however the 3hr walk in the rain just befo… instagr.am/p/Cm1Xuv9N0Cq/

Hail Odin...whose dark and velvety fruitiness revived me after a very trying weekend.. @intrepidbrewing plucked this ambrosia from mythology and saved my heathen soul...
@YourGuinness fancy fixing my toilet please. Nearly a month now as the last plumber didn’t turn up& today’s isn’t. This is on top of 6 months nearly to fix my gutter, the 3rd fan in the new! Bathroom and the ceiling being damaged due to leaking pipes in the past! Come on now
It’s another sunny day!
Another new beer for next week. This is a rebrew and recipe tweak of Teine our Fruity Amber Ale @ 4.2%
I based this beer on the laidback ambers of NZ & AUS, a tasty malt bill hit with Citra & First Gold hops. Not in your face but not your usual either

The first week of real reviews in a long time were written in @theitchypig with many pints of @BlueBeeBrewery Amarillo Simcoe, @SaltaireBrewery Cascade, @intrepidbrewing Solito, and @SmallWorldBeers Barncliffe Bitter.

Now that’s what we call a shopping trip 😁😋
Can’t wait to try them all!
Cask, the final frontier, these are the logs of the brewer @intrepidbrewing going where all brewers hope to go!
Have a good weekend everyone.

It was a great night with enthusiastic brewers and a lovely bunch of @CAMRA_Official members!
The brewery shop will be open again at 3 till 6 today and then 10-2 tomorrow for your beery needs.
Hopefully have fresh Myrce and possibly Solito dropping in Cans & Bottles next week 🤞. Got the van running again Woop 🙌🏻 ready for starting deliveries again in the coming weeks.
It’s cask wash Friday!
Getting these bad boys cleaned and ready for filling again with delicious beer!
This also means I need them all back. So if anyone has one in their cellars give me a shout.
Thanks Ben

Sadly the @CAMRA_Official AGM due to be held in Sheffield this year was cancelled due to covid but they have organised the next best thing in its place: an online beer tasting featuring us and five other local breweries! Book via shop1.camra.org.uk/
It’s a Wednesday BREW DAY!
Current batches of beer are all heading for small pack bottles & cans so I’m ready to brew fresh cask beer for when hopefully we can enjoy drinks with friends & family again soon.
