here’s my unfiltered answer:
I would not have launched Fluffle so early.
The only reason we rushed to mint, despite not being fully ready with UX, was because our Echo sale was 5x over-subscribed.
We didn’t want the community to wait, but we ignored the fact that we are a protocol team, not an NFT team.
The NFT execution was horrendous, and I vow to never let that happen again.
To my fellow founders, there's pace in everything.
Be forceful, and be elegant.
