Several AI agents probably live in your company already. The harder question is what they add up to. A drafting assistant here, a ticket classifier there — useful on their own, but the workflow still breaks in the space between them. We describe what closes that gap: GENiE, an agentic operating system we design around the client's own tech stack, including the legacy parts. It gives agents a shared, governed context, routes each task to the executor that fits it (a language model, deterministic logic, or a person) and keeps governance and cost controls in the architecture from day one rather than bolting them on later. Professional services firms sell expertise by the hour, yet their highest-paid specialists spend part of those hours sorting email and assembling proposals by hand. In a new 50Pros article, we show how such firms can close this gap with an AI operating platform built on our GENiE framework: up to 6 hours freed per employee weekly, request processing accelerated by 72%, and commercial proposal preparation cut by 65%. Can a 2-day session really lead to a scalable AI strategy? The skepticism is fair, and we share it: no two-day workshop solves anything strategic on its own. The interesting question is different: what a well-run session sets in motion, and what separates a roadmap that scales from a deck that goes into a drawer. We get into that in the video. Given the hype around GenAI, how do you separate practical applications from buzzwords? Hype thrives in keynotes and vendor presentations, far from the people who will use the technology. It fades when those users sit down with decision-makers and skeptics. In this clip, we explain how the workshop format helps participants look past buzzwords and why that conversation is the starting point for a sound AI experiment. Our teams don't stop working when one office closes for the day. With offices across the globe, a task handed over at the end of a workday in one location can be picked up, progressed and finished while the original team sleeps — the follow-the-sun model in action. In the video below, we look at what actually makes this model work: how teams pass work between time zones without losing context, why transparent communication and solid security practices are the backbone of every smooth handoff, and where the real gains show up. Speed is only part of it: clients also see easier onboarding and shorter development cycles. #instinctools_services #followthesun #delivery

What's the biggest misconception about AI in business today? Ask what stops companies from adopting AI, and you'll hear about data quality, legacy systems, and high barriers to entry. In this new video, we explain why these aren't always the main reasons. Learn more about AI adoption workshop: instinctools.com/machine-lea…

On paper, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, and Claude Agent SDK cover much the same ground. Their differences become apparent when a prototype moves into production: model portability, tool permissions, orchestration, state recovery, and observability. The SDK itself is rarely the main cost. None of the three charges a per-run fee; most of the cost comes from everything around it, including model usage, tool calls, infrastructure, and monitoring. In a new article, we compare the three SDKs in real-world deployment and share field notes from our engineers' production work. Full comparison: instinctools.com/blog/ai-age…

Will AI create growth or cut jobs? Most AI worth adopting is disruptive to jobs. What matters is what the disruption serves. In this clip, we explain how the client's growth strategy works as guardrails for every workshop and engagement, so short-term displacement never comes at the expense of strategic growth. Incorrect engineering decisions made at the very beginning of a project often lead to AI visual inspection projects remaining stuck at the proof-of-concept stage for good. This happens because a model that performs well in a demo is far from always ready to deliver the same results in production. In a new article on DEV, we use a real-world case to examine what it takes to build a defect detection system that actually works in production. In particular, we discuss choosing between an off-the-shelf AI vision platform and custom development, the eight steps of reliable inspection, and the process from dataset balancing and transfer learning to threshold calibration and MES integration. Nobody openly objects to the AI initiative. But It still fails (mostly). In a culture that resists change, the warning signs remain unnoticed: unclear ownership, fear of the impact on jobs, and weak accountability for data. If identified early, these issues can be addressed. In this video, we explain why the adoption of AI fails when it is treated as a tool rollout, and demonstrates how the workshop brings these issues to light. See how it works: instinctools.com/machine-lea…

The AI model you choose sets the ceiling for what your solution can deliver: which tasks it can handle, what data it can work with, how it performs in production, and what it costs to run. But no model leads across all of these dimensions, and a benchmark win rarely translates directly into product performance. In a new article on our Substack, experts from the Instinctools AI Center of Excellence break down how to choose an AI model for a production solution: around a dozen criteria that narrow the field, and a nine-step process that tests candidates on your actual workload rather than public benchmarks. Everyone's an AI expert — why trust Instinctools? The AI space has no shortage of experts, and to be fair, most of them do fine work. So we got asked a fair question: what makes Instinctools the right guide for an AI transformation? In this clip, we explain our approach and discuss which long-postponed fundamentals now determine whether AI investments pay off, as well as why data strategies stall because of politics rather than technology. Will today's AI strategy be obsolete tomorrow? AI changes faster than most strategies get written. So what can two days of planning today be worth a year from now? In this clip, our manager explains why predicting AI was never the goal of our workshop, what a strategy session builds so it stays relevant, and how every tool we recommend gets checked for viability before it reaches your roadmap. Watch it before your next planning cycle. Learn more about the workshop: instinctools.com/machine-lea…

GPT-4o solves 86.6% of tasks on Spider, the classic text-to-SQL benchmark. On Spider 2.0, which tests real enterprise analytical workflows, the same model manages 10.1%. The distance between plausible SQL and reliable analysis is where agentic analytics projects either succeed or quietly produce confident miscalculations. In a new blog article, our AI Lead Engineer Ivan Dubouski explains what closes that distance: the four-layer architecture behind trustworthy analytics agents, from data and context up to governance, plus the practices our AI Center of Excellence applies in client projects. Most companies experimenting with AI end up in one of two places. Some integrate AI into their workflows and scale it into measurable business value. Others launch a few promising pilots and never move past them. What separates the two outcomes is usually a gap in strategy or expertise. Closing that gap is what our AI Adoption Workshop was built for, and the idea raises fair questions. Instinctools answers the questions we hear most often, including the uncomfortable ones. 💡 Learn more about AI adoption workshop: instinctools.com/machine-lea…

Requests arrive by email, updates are shared on Teams and documents are stored in SharePoint. Each tool works fine on its own. It's the space between them that causes problems. Our new video shows how an AI operating layer closes it, connecting those systems into a single governed workflow built on GENiE, our AI accelerator, where several agents share one business context and people approve every important decision. The case on screen, a fast-growing US professional services company, got back around six hours per employee per week. Read more about GENiE: instinctools.com/multi-agent…

A roster of digital employees stuck in Brownian motion. That's how our CEO Alexey Spas describes the state of agentic AI in most companies, and the numbers back him up: by a 2025 MIT estimate, only 5% of AI solutions generate sustained productivity and P&L gains. Each of those agents earned its place, drafting sales proposals, handling support tickets, writing code. Yet they stall for the same reason a team of excellent experts stalls without shared context and well-oiled processes. In his new @ForbesTechCncl column, he maps the four failure modes behind this agent sprawl, from context blindness to the handoff tax, and the six load-bearing capabilities he would not scale without, from cross-stack coordination to built-in cost controls. Put together, they form an agentic operating system: a shared layer of orchestration and intelligence under which individual agents start behaving as one coordinated workforce.
