After being ill last week I wasn’t hoping for much. But reached 3k in 7 mins and only had a slight discomfort in my left knee. Had to stop at 2.5k and take on some water and stretch my calves, but in all really pleased. Thanks for the support 🙏👣 #UKRunChat
