-2024માં યુસુફ પઠાણ કોર્ટમાં ગયાં.
-2025માં ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટે તેમની અરજી ફગાવી.
-જૂન, 2026માં યુસુફ પઠાણ 20 અન્ય સાંસદો સાથે TMC છોડીને નાનકડી એવી સ્થાનિક પાર્ટી NCPIમાં જોડાઈ ગયાં.
હવે ગુજરાત સરકારે 978 વર્ગ મીટરનો પ્લોટ આપવાની મંજૂરી આપી દીધી જેમાં 500 વર્ગ મીટર જમીન ફ્રીમાં અપાશે અને અન્ય 478 વર્ગ મીટર માટે મૂળ કિંમતના 55% એટલે અંદાજે 5.50 કરોડ લેવાશે.

UP- कानपुर नीरज और धीरज गुप्ता ने नकली सीमेंट बनाने का कारोबार शुरू किया. प्राइवेट से लेकर सरकारी सेक्टर में सीमेंट बेचा जा सके इसलिए ACC और अंबुजा सीमेंट के डीलर बन गये.
इस गैंग में मेरठ का सुनील मित्तल और निशांत मित्तल भी शामिल था.
यह गैंग बुन्देलखंड से एक्सपायर्ड सीमेंट 10-20 रूपये प्रति बोरी के रेट में नीलामी में खरीद लेता था. एक्सपायर्ड सीमेंट मिक्सर मशीनों में पीसकर प्रिन्टिंड बोरियों में भर देते थे. 30 रूपये प्रति बोरी को 250-280 रूपये बोरी के रेट में सप्लाई करते थे.
इस गैंग ने एयरपोर्ट और 10 जिलों में सीएम ग्रिड की सड़कों के ठेकेदारों को नकली सीमेंट की सप्लाई की. हर महीने 30 हजार बोरी सीमेंट की सप्लाई थी.
