Good morning from BitMela. Today, founders, technologists and ecosystem builders from across the world come together around Bitcoin and emerging technologies. Innovher is here to ask the venture question: What can be built from this, and what will it take to make it real?

AI, marketing, growth, and conversations that went beyond networking. Co-Vation by InnovIdea brought founders together at Studio i to exchange ideas, tackle real business challenges, and build connections. Another glimpse of the InnovHer ecosystem in action. 🚀

A 10/10 experience, and conversations worth coming back for! At the @thebitmela Pre-Launch, Co-founder Anuja shared how education can turn uncertainty around AI and blockchain into curiosity and opportunity. That's the ecosystem we're building at Innovher. 🚀

Your first 10 customers do not validate your GTM if all 10 came through the founder’s network. They validate the problem and the founder’s ability to sell. GTM begins when customers arrive through a channel someone other than the founder can repeat.

Big visions attract investors. Execution keeps them confident. Tesla’s stock decline highlights the pressure to balance ambitious bets on AI and robotics with profitability today. For founders, the takeaway is clear: Future potential needs present-day proof.

Great ventures aren't built on capital alone. They're built on the right strategy, capabilities and connections. Proud to join Bitmela as its Venture Building Partner, helping ambitious founders build ventures that go beyond funding and towards lasting impact. 🚀

A customer can agree the problem exists and still never buy. Because you are not only competing with other startups. You are competing with their current workaround, internal inertia and the cost of switching. Validate the reason to change, not just the pain.

“Zero founder salary” is often praised as commitment. It can also hide a business being subsidised by the founder’s savings. A realistic founder salary belongs in the burn plan. Otherwise, the runway on the deck is not the runway of the person building it.

“Tokens are limited. Let’s see who uses them.” From an Innovher founder room. Mentor time, investor attention and introductions are perishable. Founders who enter with a specific ask get more from the same room than those who simply attend. Access only matters when used.

A Tier 2 market is not a smaller metro. Before blaming weak demand, audit three things: Who carries trust? How is value explained? Where does the purchase happen? The product may be right. The metro playbook may be wrong.

₹10 lakh in revenue can describe three different businesses: 1 client × ₹10L 10 clients × ₹1L 1,000 customers × ₹1,000 The topline is identical. The concentration risk, sales motion and path to scale are not. Never present revenue without its composition.
9
Runway is not one number. Track three: Current: today’s burn Committed: signed hires and contracts included Planned: the growth plan fully costed Size the raise using planned runway. Manage cash using committed runway.
8
“How much can we raise?” isn’t the first question. Ask: What should the next rupee unlock? A sharper product test? Repeatable customer acquisition? A missing team capability? Proof the next round can underwrite? Capital should accelerate proof, not prolong uncertainty.
7
One question every founder should answer before raising: What proof must this round buy? Not just runway. A specific proof: repeat demand, viable margins, repeatable distribution or less founder dependency. Capital should close the venture’s biggest evidence gap.
6
Before building a venture for scale, Innovher asks: What would have to be true for the customer to switch? Not like the idea. Not show interest. Switch. If the answer depends on discounts, founder-led selling or perfect timing, the venture has effort, not repeatable distribution.
