Fuckbrizio AOKO where are you
Today, October 15th, is far more than just a date on the calendar, it is a sacred intersection of life and eternity. Marking another year of my own birth on this very day brings a bittersweet reflection, knowing it is also the date my beloved younger brother, Baba Raila Amolo Odinga, departed to be with the Lord. To have been born on this day and for you to have departed on this same date is a divine testament to the invisible thread that binds our souls. Physical separation cannot touch a brotherhood written in the heavens. As I mark the anniversary of my birth, I carry your spirit within mine bound by a shared journey that transcends time, and an eternal connection that death has no power to break. Rest peacefully in the light, my brother. I want to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to everyone who made today an unforgettable and beautiful surprise. Thank you to my loving spouses, Dr. Ann Oburu and Mama Judith Oburu, for your constant love, warmth, and care. Thank you to the dedicated Nairobi Hospital staff for your exceptional professionalism and kindness, and to the ODM fraternity, wonderfully represented today by Trustee Elder Joshua Kawino, for standing steadfastly with our family. Special thanks go to my domestic staff at home and the hardworking team at Pawaa Centre for your dedication, loyalty, and thoughtfulness in putting this together. Your love and presence have made this solemn yet special day truly comforting. May God bless you all abundantly. -

Bwana Muturi you've been in Winning side since 2007 kibaki,2013,2017 with Uhuru 2022 with Ruto, when did you realize that IEBC is wrong
AN ELECTORAL VACCINE BEFORE THE VOTE Kenya has paid a painful price whenever electoral disputes and political tensions have spilled into the streets. Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International have documented deaths and serious injuries during protests, including during the 2023 demonstrations. Human Rights Watch has also documented more than 100 cases of police killings of opposition protesters and bystanders during the 2017 election period. This is precisely why the recent High Court ruling on lawful access to electoral records, the Register of Voters, databases, servers, audit logs and other election information is significant. I have always believed that questions concerning our elections must be addressed through evidence, transparency and the law, not through confrontation in the streets. Instead of Kenyans taking to the streets whenever questions arise about the electoral system, legitimate political actors and accredited observers should have lawful institutional avenues through which they can seek answers, examine evidence and verify the integrity of the process. That is why I commend my legal team for taking this matter to court. I consider this an electoral vaccine before the vote, an effort to strengthen our electoral safeguards before another electoral dispute has the potential to become a national crisis. The principle is simple, let the evidence be examined before suspicion becomes confrontation, and let the law provide the avenue for resolving questions before people put their lives at risk. The ruling does not, by itself, guarantee a peaceful or credible election. But it creates an important legal pathway for scrutiny and verification. In a country with a painful history of electoral tensions and protest-related deaths, strengthening lawful avenues for examining electoral evidence is an important step. This is the victory I believe we should celebrate: victory through the law, not confrontation; evidence before accusations; transparency before suspicion; and institutions before the streets. An electoral vaccine before the vote. Evidence before accusations. Transparency before suspicion. The law before confrontation. Institutions before the streets. I commend my legal team for pursuing this matter through the courts and everyone working to strengthen electoral integrity in Kenya. God bless Kenya.

In addition to confirming that he is king of impunity CS Matiang'i demonstrated his lack of understanding of the law and basics on court process when he appeared before the Parliamentary committee. xitter.cf/citizentvkenya/status/…
CS Matiang'i: That judicial officer refused to hear the AG on Wednesday. Then he orders we appear before him and we won't be heard. He wanted us for a humiliation parade, to drag us by the collar and humiliate us #CitizenExtra

The former deputy president forgets that @IEBCKenya refused to open their servers in defiance of an order of the Supreme Court. We will wait for 2022 when the same court will make similar orders in his favour. He will quickly discover his love for court orders. #RutoSpeaksOut
