Sports media continues to change. If you don’t like what the alphabet networks are serving — ABC, ESPN, FOX — you don’t have to suffer in silence. You can start your own company and build a show around what you think actually matters: the film, the scheme, the locker room, the parts of the game the highlight packages skip and the “All-22 crew” ignores. You know who you are. That’s what this is. I’m proud to join Richie Incognito and Point of Attack Media as co-host of Initial Contact. What do you get every Monday and Friday at 3 p.m. ET? A lot of NFL football, paired with passion, opinions, knowledge, and entertainment — told by people who lived in the trenches and actually set the edge. Tyler Korn (the producer behind First Take and Undisputed) and Playmaker are helping us put it in front of people. We debut today. First stop: Australia for NFL Week 1.
