I just spent 13 hours in a&e with glass hanging out of my foot. Yes 13 HOURS!!! Only offered the odd tea and coffee during the wait and the vending machine was broken. Wheelchair bound because of the injury. Staff were fantastic but they have no resources to help #journorequest

I’ve engaged in a debate today hashtags vs Engagement for #Instagramgrowth. I will always stand by engagement. IMO hashtags are something you can do and have their place. But if you want big growth set up an engagement strategy.
