I’m building Cirvo because I think most companies underestimate one thing: dependency early on, it feels efficient you move fast you use what’s available you don’t think twice but as you scale, every dependency becomes a constraint less control less flexibility more risk the more I build, the more I realize: control isn’t a luxury it’s a requirement Cirvo is one piece of that thesis

a surprising amount of execution is just not lying to yourself

The longer I spend building, the less I care about sounding impressive I care more about clear products and decisions that hold up over time

I respect builders who can explain what they’re making in one clean sentence clarity says way more than straight up larping with buzz words

good product work is mostly about removing things less friction less confusion less for the user to think about

the deeper I go into building the more I realize: control is the real advantage product, distribution, infrastructure dependency always shows up later

I’m not interested in building something average if I’m going to spend years on this it has to matter

one pattern in tech keeps repeating we abstract we optimize for convenience we get dependent and eventually, we want control again
