Good Morning Scotland had an academic on this morning who was presented as politically neutral and who defended Labour's decision to means test the winter fuel payment. Neutral? Here is a selection of Prof. June Andrews' latest tweets. Her timeline is awash with Labour tweets.

There was no sensational coverage of the annual drug death figures for England and Wales on the BBC. BBC Wales didn't even report it. Here's how BBC Scotland treats the annual drug death figures in Scotland. It's a political circus starring the usual suspects.

I ordered a gift from the @QuaichCompany on bank holiday Monday. It arrived today, two days later, carefully engraved and perfectly packaged. Can't wait to present it to my friend when I see him in a couple of weeks. Thank you! 👏🏻

It's been a long off season, so it's great to hear the voices of .@addison_djra and the team back in action from Oulton Park. The Caterham racing has been superb! 😎 #BARC

Stayed up way too late to read the final chapters of The Accomplice by @SteveCavanagh_ Every single Eddie Flynn book somehow raises the bar ever higher. If you haven't read the series yet, I urge you to and I envy you, because you're in for a treat when you do.

Nominated @HumzaYousaf to be our next First Minister. Not a doubt in my mind that he's the best candidate. Losing Nicola hurts but I'm excited for the fresh energy Humza can bring to the independence movement in Scotland. It's comin' yet for a' that!

Just found this Sinclair User magazine in the loft whilst looking for something else. Going by the date it would have been published 40 years ago this month. I likely spent the tail end of the winter typing in the program listings! #ZXSpectrum #SinclairUser #RetroComputing

Jacinda Ardern and Nicola Sturgeon have been two of the most incredible and inspirational leaders. Both of them standing down within the space of a month leaves a gap on the political stage that will not soon be filled.

Flickr be like "YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN VIOLATION..." and I be like; delete the photos then. I'm not going through the process of curating my pictures with the atrocious 15+ year old web 2.0 interface. I'd probably pay to use it if it wasn't from a bygone era.

I find a photo op involving a Princess handling tins of food destined for people with no money particularly revolting. Imagine if journalists hammered the glorification of food banks by people who’ll never need to use them, rather than workers on strike?

Simply put, a political party that Scotland never votes for has just over-ruled the government that we elected. Whatever you think of the issue, that's just colonial style democracy.

I watched John Wick for the first time tonight and when he went to the hotel, I immediately recognised Lance Reddick as the actor who played Sylens in Horizon Zero Dawn. It tickled me that my reference point for the actor was a video game that came well after the movie. 😅

Maybe this should have gone to @UK2Help instead...
Replying to @UK2
@UK2 I contacted support in early December and received a prompt reply. I've since replied twice to the support agent asking how to proceed and have received no response. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another way I'm expected to reply aside from replying to the email?

Just found a CD ROM containing a copy of Macromedia Fireworks MX. The archive is dated Jan 23rd 2003. Previous me from two decades ago obviously left this time capsule in case the nefarious Adobe organisation claimed Fireworks as their own and bricked it into their walled garden.
