If you want a content designer to join your team, make sure you know what #ContentDesign is. If you treat having a content designer on the team as a tick box exercise, your content designer will leave. As you can see below, content designers have lots of options.

As a UX writer, I find it vexing that something as basic as search-and-replace requires third-party plugins that choke on large designs.
Surely you can do better…
One of the biggest transformation's I've seen on our design team @figmadesign has been the addition of UX writing. Everything is so much better w/ them — excited for y'all to see what I mean over the course of launches this year. Let this be a reminder to hire great writers! 😍
