This is a photo of Andrew Wiles working on solving a 300+ year old math problem called Fermat's Last Theorem. Or it's someone studying Property for the bar exam.

NEW: Randy Fine’s bill banning Pride Flags from public buildings is officially dead. 🎉 Not one Senator was willing to advance SB 100, which was just officially withdrawn from consideration. 🤡

Law schools need to incorporate more practical skills training in their curriculums and not just solely rely on externships or clinics to provide that experience. Lawyers need to know legal theory, but they also need to understand business acumen and how to apply both.

Upon review, Vance's stunt is even worse than imagined. It was a product of ineptitude: Z went into a detailed recap of Russia reneging on agreements (to underscore the need for guarantees-b4-ceasefire). Vance (a DEI admit at Yale Law) is overwhelmed and /1

Right. This is a long-brewed thread, and I've tried to start writing it before and then ground to a halt and then tried again and just given up because it gets messy and weird... But I'd like to write a little about Rupert Murdoch, and what the heck is wrong with him.

Hey all of these things are examples of a eugenics playbook in action: 1. Normalizing epidemic diseases 2. Removing proven drug therapies from market 3. Claiming disabled people can "work out" to restore health 4. Institutionalizing ppl in "health" camps 1/3

A lot of people in the US are going to die over the next four years. Depraved-indifference homicide—murder.
1/ After residency at Mass General Hospital, I reported to Atlanta to meet my fellow CDC Epidemic Intelligence Service Officers. I have never felt so intimidated by my peers The best and the brightest, they were star clinicians, had served in disaster zones; MD/PhDs and MSF.

🚨 BREAKING: Cincinnati Children’s Hospital denies VP J.D. Vance’s 12-year-old relative a heart transplant because she isn’t vaccinated against COVID-19, per NYP. So let’s get this straight—Vance spent years screaming about vaccine mandates, but now his own family is facing the very real consequences of ignoring medical guidelines? Turns out, anti-science rhetoric doesn’t hold up when it’s your loved one on the operating table.

Imagine having 20 years of admirable service under your belt and a 19-year-old with no government experience decides your position is "wasteful." And now you, at age 50 with two kids who are still in high school, are out of a job despite being a top performer and doing everything right. I gotta think even Trump supporters are feeling some kind of way about this.

Let's hear it for women clergy! A woman rabbi officiated at my bar mitzvah—in 1978. I didn't do it for political reasons—I had worked with her to prepare, and I liked her—but it was sure a political act. I just got back in touch with her—she's amazing.
It's inconceivable to me (a pastor) that this is controversial. 4 of 5 victims of intimate partner violence are women and between 77%-81% of those women were previously victimized by the same perp. Connect her w/law & health care pros & support her thru the arduous journey out.

Natalie Bara - FBI Agents Association President: “One of our agents recently spent hours recovering body parts from the Potomac River, working through the gruesome reality of the recent tragic plane crash. This agent had to return to the office not to debrief, not to work on cases, but to fill out a mandatory survey on any involvement in investigations related to January 6.”

A federal worker sent me audio of a call that HR did today with staff about "deferred resignation" agreements offered by DOGE ... I think this is pretty well understood by now but helps confirm what many suspect The audio goes: Employee: Lets say I accept the agreement tomorrow - you were to rescind the agreement and they were to stop paying me on Friday ... we would have no recourse available? HR official: Yes ... as the agreement is outlined that is absolutely correct

We all know it, but sometimes the obvious needs to be said: Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr., and Kash Patel would never have been nominated for any government position under any president—Republican or Democrat. They’re completely unqualified and outright dangerous. The only reason they’re getting these jobs is that they helped an utterly unqualified man win the election.
